Nhân viên lễ tân nữ lịch sự, hướng dẫn tận tình chu đáo, tuy nhiên nhân viên nam trực ca đêm lại rất khó chịu. Ăn sáng có tính phí, tạm được. Gần Metro, đi bộ 5 phút, tiện đi vào trung tâm Paris. Có bán vé vào cổng bảo tàng Louves, 15 Eur. Phòng cũ, tuy nhiên đã được sơn sửa lại. Thang máy rất nhỏ, đi cảm giác không an toàn, mình chọn thang bộ. Cửa sổ nhìn qua nhà bên cạnh, nên không thoải mái khi mở cửa Không có máy điều hòa, quạt. Chỉ có máy sưởi.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Résidence du Pré. On the positive side, the location is unbeatable. It’s incredibly convenient for getting around Paris, with great metro links and plenty of cafes nearby. It really serves as a perfect home base for sightseeing. However, the major downside is the lack of soundproofing. The walls are unfortunately very thin; I could hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway, which made it hard to get a restful night's sleep. When I approached the front desk to ask for a room change, the staff member on duty spoke very little English, making it quite difficult to communicate my concerns. Eventually, I was told there were no other rooms available. If you are a heavy sleeper who prioritizes location above all else, this is a good value. If you’re sensitive to noise, you might want to look elsewhere or come prepared with high-quality earplugs.

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, le matelas avait des creux, les murs sont extremements fins avec les autres chambres..

Ein gut geführtes Hotel, dieczimmeg sind für Paris groß, das Badezimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten etwas weich, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Sehr ruhig in einer Deitenstrasse gelegen, aber nur 3min von der Metro entfernt. Für uns war es sehr gut.

This is a 3 star hotel, it was very clean , the room wasn’t huge but it was perfectly sufficient for two. The reception staff were very helpful and we didn’t pay until the morning we left. Breakfast was good, not a huge selection but certainly enough. Metro station just a short walk away which served us well and the gare du nord was within walking distance. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

We had a twin room on the 5th floor. Access was via a tiny 1 person only lift or stairs. The room was clean and cozy, with great views out onto the street. The road was fairly quiet, so noise wasn't a problem. The beds were comfortable, but I would have preferred a bigger more supportive pillow. the bathroom was a little small, but adequately equipped with shower toilet and basin The shower was powerful and hot, but the floor got very wet whilst showering Breakfast was included in our stay, and served from 07.30-10.00. on our first morning, my daughter and I went to breakfast at 07.45, only to find no tables available, only some high stools at the breakfast bar not really suitable for a child. The breakfast room clearly doesn't have enough seats available if too many people decide to go at the same time. Fortunately, a table soon became available and we moved. Due to the size and layout of the room, only a limited selection of food was available. 2 types of cereal, a few pastries, french bread, 2 cold meats, sliced cheese, wrapped cheese portions, pate, butter, yoghurt, juices, tea and coffee. But this was ok, and what was available was very nice. The service at the hotel was outstanding. Both reception and breakfast room staff, definitely made you feel very welcome. I would recommend this hotel for a couple of night stay in Paris. It is in a good location just 10 minutes walk from Gare du Nord station. And less than 5 minutes from metro line 7 Poissoniere

The elevator is just for 1 person, breakfast is very simple, the walls of the rooms are almost from paper, it is good for 1-2 nights stay

Die Residence du Pre ist ein liebeswürdiges, kleines Hotel mit Patina. Bei Zimmern in Paris erwarteten wir sehr kleine Räume und waren daher überrascht, dass unser Zimmer zumindest so gross war, dass man den Koffer aufklappen konnte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde während des Aufenthaltes auch regelmäßig gründlich gereinigt. Das Bad war ansprechend, mit ausreichend Ablageflächen und Wasserfalldusche mit ordentlich Druck. Unser Zimmer war im 6.Stock, der 1-Personen-Fahrstuhl ging nur bis zum 5. Stock. Die Treppe ist eng und gedreht. Beim Runtergehen gibt es einen Drehwurm. Die sehr freundliche Empfangsdame versicherte uns, dass die Zimmer ganz oben grösser seien, daher nahmen wir eine Treppe in Kauf. Man spricht Deutsch im Haus, natürlich auch französisch und englisch und kann einige Tipps für den Paris-Besuch einholen. In einem Parkhaus gibt es einen Hoteltarif, der gerne organisiert wird. Der Frühstücksraum ist klein, gelegentlich muss man auf einen Platz warten. Das Frühstück ist nicht ausladend aber gut, lecker Baguette und Croissants. Die Residence ist in einer ruhigen Strasse gelegen, Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist keine Problem von der Lautstärke. Die nächste Metro ist ca. 200-300m entfernt. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars in Laufentfernung. Zur Sacre Coeur benötigt man ca. 15 min.
