O hotel é bem localizado, no entanto, existem problemas estruturais como quantidade e modernização dos elevadores. Em determinado dia, de 3 elevadores, um estava quebrado, diante do hotel com alta capacidade. Praticamente em todos os dias desci de escada, pois aguardar os elevadores estava impossível. Outro ponto a ser avaliado é o ar condicionado dos ambientes, o ar do quarto não gela, o ar do restaurante também não, tornando esses ambientes muito quentes. Isso é inadmissível. Sobre o restaurante, no meu caso, o café da manhã e jantar, inclusos na tarifa, não tenho o que falar, estavam muito bons, claro que, no jantar, poderiam haver mais opções de carnes, mas não foi algo que me impactou tanto. Sobre o staff, pessoas muito simpáticas e prestativas.

Hotel muy confortable unos de Los pocos que mantiene la nevera EN la habitacion, comoda muy buena. Impossible aparcar gratuitamente no obstante este a un km del centro

El baño olía a pis y el suelo sucio

Personal excelente y educado. Buffet genial. Lo único malo es que el suelo del baño y ducha estaban llenas de pelos.

Para un tres estrellas está genial. Cerca de la playa se puede ir andando. Por poner algo malo está un poco lejos del paseo de Salou.

Buen hotel. La piscina la cierran demasiado pronto. A las 19 horas en verano es muy pronto. Hice reserva de media pension y estando alli me dijeron que la bebida era aparte. No tiene sentido.

Property was nice and clean, food was decent and better than other hotels in the surrounding area. Unfortunately even though the hotel is advertised as having air conditioning, we stayed in May and they don't turn the air con on until June, which we were unaware of until we were actually there and it was too late to book somewhere else, this led to restless nights, a very hot room and less energy in the day. Also, the balcony you end up with is a lottery, some are solid, some have a glass front which the balcony goes under the barrier but most have the balcony which are smaller with a big gap under the glass barrier which leaves you afraid to play cards etc in case you drop one and it goes flying under the balcony.

Todo genial, lo unico peor el ascensor, tarda bastante.

Séjour tout à fait conforme au descriptif fait sur hôtel.com . Accueil et personnels rien à redire car très bien. Formule en demi-pension avec très bon petit déjeuner et dîner sous forme de buffet avec tout ce qu'il faut. Wifi de très bonne qualité. En basse saison (avril 2024 et a priori c'est le cas jusqu'à fin mai) parkings gratuits dans la rue très appréciable. Hôtel situé à 5 minutes en voiture de Port aventura et de Ferrari World. Je recommande donc vivement cet établissement.

Our room was above the bar and they were moving furniture till 0.00 hrs. So very loud and noisy.breakfast was great.

A small fridge in room but nothing in it a small water for late arrivals like myself would be nice no coffee or tea either disappointed.

L’hôtel est bien situé et la chambre en elle-même est pas mal avec un petit frigo, la literie est bonne. Ce qui gâche tout c’est vraiment la propreté et l’insonorisation des chambres il y a toujours du bruit. J’avais peur de marcher sans claquettes tellement le sol de la salle de bain était douteux. Poils et cheveux des anciens résidents sur les murs la baignoire le sol

Hotel bastante "moderno" camas grandes , comodidad , todas las habitaciones tienen balcón , si tuviese que repetir lo haría encantado !!

La chambre était mal isolée, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans la rue et dans les chambres avoisinantes. Le ménage était plutôt bien dans l’ensemble. Il y a une vraie problématique par rapport aux ascenseurs qu’on doit attendre super longtemps! La restauration était bonne et variée. Dommage de ne pas avoir accès à la totalité des plats en basse saison. Lors de notre dernier jour nous avons eu accès aux woks et il y avait une plus grande variété de plats. Le personnel était sympathique et à l’écoute.
