Property was very clean, rooms were spacious with all the facilities available. It’s a premium properly I didn’t feel anything missing here. Sinquerim beach Is at walking distance from the resort.

Amazing, pleasantly surprised, more than i had hoped for... worth it. Booking an online booking can be hit and miss... a description and a pic sometimes do not match the product, not in this case. A dishwasher, a washing machine, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen....a full kitchen. Sadly only one of the pools was open. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was pretty good, the location was spot on and the coconuts were crazy fresh. If you go to Goa and want to relax you could do a heck of alot worse.

Nice well maintained property. Food is fantastic. Me and my whole family would like to appreciate Chef of the hotel. Only thing missing is wifi in-room. The property is almost at the end of north goa, but still I would say worth it. Loved the place and stay. One more improvement factor: Increase the variety of cocktails in the drink menu. There are only 7-8 options of cocktails currently.

Das Personal ist wie überall in Indien sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist leider kein Buffet. Es ist einfach und nicht einem 4 Sternehotel entsprechend. Müsli, verschiedene Marmeladen oder einen nutella-ähnlichen Aufstrich erhält man nicht. Für einen Kurzurlaub von 3 bis 4 Nächte kann das Hotel gebucht werden.

The villa complex is well located with lots of shops, bars, restaurants within walking distance. The Taj hotel and beach are also in easy walking distance. The villas are very large and we'll equipped. Their condition is generally good. The staff on reception are very helpful. The complex itself is private, quiet and safe. Overall a good place to stay if you want your own place.

We were looking for a villa in Goa and this place came as a recommendation from a friend. Overall very satisfying experience and the only negative was lack of immediate public transport availability. The villa was satisfactory, clean and 4-star level. Please note, clearly not 5-star grade in terms of bathroom accessories, number of towel and bathroom fixtures. The front desk and restaurant staff stood out for us, they made sure we had a great experience Overall highly recommended for a family looking for a place to live together. But do yourself a favor and get a rental car. There is a taxi mafia in Goa and the minimum those cheats will charge you is INR600 even for short distances. So get a rental car if you are staying at this property. The Sinquerim beach is walking distance but beach access is not suitable for elderly. Kids and adults can manage the walk to the beach very easily.

The staff is amazing !! Very homely atmosphere...the food at the restaurant is great..The F&B manager Rony and chef Mani and their entire staff are amazing !!!! The front desk is very responsive and helpful. They booked me a trip to South Goa on a very short notice. Jaron at the front desk was very helpful.The hotel also has courtesy airport pickup and drop off which is great. Pandu the driver is great ! The only issue is wifi....very spotty..other than that amazing experience. The beach is 10 min walk from the resort. Lots of shopping close by. The night club SinQ and fine dining Goan cuisine Soi are at a 10 min walk. Would stay there again and will recommend to friends !!!! Great location and amazing staff!!! Thank you !
