Wunderschön in einem Park gelegenes Relais. Ideal für einen Stopp in Cognac. Das Restaurant war wegen Erkrankung des Kochs leider geschlossen.

Lovely out of the way hotel. Stop over on a long business trip and was very happy to find this charming residence. Helpful staff as my grasp of the French language is somewhat limited. Chef was ill on our night, so couldn't sample the wares, but local restaurants only 5mins away by car. Room was nice and bright, though could certainly benefit from air conditioning as was very warm. A fan was provided. Would certainly stay again.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful views over the countryside. Easy access to everything Cognac has to offer.

A lovely old building with a tired exterior, it could do with an overhaul. The interior on the other hand was delightful. Service was slow

The hotel was very nice, clean through out. all staff were very helpful. As the hotel is an old chateau, there was no air conditioning, we asked at reception if they could provide a fan and we had one in our room within an hour. Breakfast was buffet style, limited but good. It was an easy 5-10 minute drive into the centre of Cognac.

Shabby, rundown hotel. Rooms were minimal in terms of comfort. Cleanliness was just okay. In general the hotel was a disappointment and was not worth the price.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful but no dinner was available on our first night (Tuesday). The rooms/bathrooms could do with some updating but were comfortable and clean. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens and there is a lovely swimming pool. The tranquillity of the hotel was spoiled by the sounds from the nearby distillery - much banging and strimmer-like noises. (As our visit was in July, it was hot and necessary to open the windows so it was difficult to avoid the external noise). The hotel has ample car parking and is within a 20 minute walk of the town.

Hotel zwar nur 3* aber mit Charme.

Positivo: la casa stupenda,la posizione e la receptionist che finalmente parla inglese, bravissima e gentilissima. Peccato il bagno senza finestre.

Var til Cognac Blues Passion og hotellet lå ideelt i forhold til det. Smukke opgivelser. Dejlig pool. Der boede ørne tæt ved hotellet.

The bartender/waiter was so interesting. He took time to proudly tell us the history of the chateau. The bar and restaurant are beautiful. One can purchase the estate's pineau. Lovely stay!

The Domains du Breuil is a charming older hotel. Don't let the exterior appearance deter you as the large rooms are comfortable and clean and the helpful staff was delightful to deal with. The entire property was scenic and serene. Did not have the breakfast but the dinner and service was first class. Would gladly stay here again on any future visits to Cognac. It is a bit of a distance from the city centre and a car is probably best but the location makes for a quiet and peaceful stay. The bar also has a great selection of cognacs for those who appreciate the eaux de vie.

Restaurant is not an good pick! The water could be hotter.

Beautiful old fashioned charm, friendly staff, great views. The room was clean but a bit small, could do with air conditioning and windows that open without moving furniture. Overall a very pleasant stay and a refreshing change from the more corporate styled hotels.

Hôtel tres pratique car a cote de l'autoroute mais epargné du bruit grace aux murs. La grande cour a bcp de charme, piscine bienvenue. Attention uniquement restau gastronomique au service pas tres rapide ... Personnel tres gentil et prevenant.
