We always have a great time staying at Copperpoint. Keep up the great work. The TV’s could use an upgrade though!

We love Copper Point because it's a lovely resort that is not only pet friendly but has a variety of rooms for large family stays. There is ample parking and space for everyone. We also appreciate the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub options so you can take a dip or soak no matter what the weather. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have everything you need. Check in and check out are easy, staff are very nice. The hotel restaurant is delicious, albeit sometimes slow. Our major qualm is that the rooms are not sound proofed well and we have had some nights of major disruption - this visit in the 2 bedroom suite was a bit better, the room is further from the hall so not as much noise. Unfortunately every morning the cleaners would flip the security latch to keep the doors unlocked and slam the doors in the neighbouring rooms while they go in and out to clean early in the morning while cleaning and it woke us up almost every day. The other 2 critiques I have are that the dishwasher in our suite smelled strongly of mold and that the second outdoor hot tub has seemingly been out of commission for 2+ years even though it still advertises outdoor "hot tubs"

We stayed for 2 nights in May. I learned that this property was originally designed as condos. That explains the unusual numbers on the rooms. Our room was very small but it had 2 chairs & a table & was overlooking the pool. There is a golf fairways & green adjacent to the hotel. The hotel entrance & restaurant are nicely decorated. There is underground parking included. If the property had been built at a higher elevation, it would have had a spectacular view of Lake Windermere! The hallway carpet could use upgrading. First impressions count. The change room by the pool had very narrow passageways, not built for crowds. The Exercise room was pretty basic & some of the equipment did not look very clean. The front staff was friendly but could not tell us where we could watch the baseball game .. later I saw that it was playing in the bar just adjacent to the front desk. The restaurant food was okay but the very dusty divider dampened my appetite. There are pickleball courts but we did not have time to play.

We love staying at the Cooper Point Resort when visiting Invermere. It's always comfortable, clean, and the staff is amazing!

Breakfasts were excellent. The suite was clean and comfortable. very quiet place.

The ground floor room was perfect for my little family. The kids love the pool and hot tub!

I will have to say that this was the worst experience. Our room was dirty. I ordered a chacuter. Your board and decorations didn't happen. Somebody else has got it, are key, didn't stay active. We had to keep going down to the front desk to re get it to enter our room period the elevator was broken and I hurt my knee, so I had to take the stairs which was not ideal. It was a nice day and there was absolutely no chairs to sit at the pool and the restaurant food was absolutely disgusting. And we own only we didn't get any form of discount.So needless to say, i'm not sure if I would ever come back

This resort is slowly deteriorating. Spiderwebs everywhere in the room, dirty floors, etc. such a shame as it was once a gem.
