The breakfast was great, the location is only a 10 min walk from downtown, wifi did not work in the room very well.

Lovely place. Giada paid attention to us as if she were the owner. Convenient location to the port. 10 minute walk to the ferry, retaurants and shopping. Excellent breakfast. We will be staying at the same hotel next week upon our return from Stromboli.

A fabulous stay. From checking into the hotel, the front seat staff was hospitable, accommodating and helpful. The staff took time to discuss many questions and concerns only for us to lean that he shift was ending and she treated us as if we were the only people. He king in! The breakfast is fabulous … love the coffee bar and more!

We came to Milazzo with the intention of taking the ferry to the islands, however, it rained, and we spent an unexpected and delightful stay in the city of Milazzo. The hotel is in an ideal location if you want to reach the ferry. We walked all the way to the top of the castle, which was amazing. The streets are lovely to stroll at night, well lit and very safe. We ate at some very good restaurants. The hotel provided one of our favorite breakfasts in Sicily. Lots of choices and the staff was very pleasant. Great parking in the basement. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Hôtel très confortable et bien situé dans Milazzo. Le personnel est très bien. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Parking possible à l’hôtel.

Excellent séjour à l'Hotel San Michele. Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Chambre spacieuse et pratique avec frigo et télé grand écran. Salle de bain fonctionnelle et très propre. Petit déjeuner varié disponible. Le port est accessible à pied pour embarquer sur les îles éoliennes (5 min). Le centre historique avec le château sont aussi accessibles à pied (compter 20 min pour de rendre au château).

Personale cordiale ma poco attento. All'arrivo trovo la camera gelida per l'aria condizionata; chiedo di tenerla spenta ma nonostante ciò ho dovuto chiederlo per altre due volte perché l'ho trovata accesa per altre due volte. Segnalo la gentilezza della persona del turno di notte di Venerdì 21 che, siccome ho dovuto chiamare la guardia medica per un problema di salute, non avendo tutti i contanti per il pagamento mi ha prestato quanto mancava.
