The team at reception could not have made us feel more welcome or looked after. The riad is beautiful and well situated from the airport and mediba. We wished we could have stayed longer.

This really was a fantastic stay, I knew I wanted to stay here before I left home as I’d stayed 12 years ago and it was wonderful and it certainly didn’t disappoint in any way. The room was large, very comfortable and was a perfect one night stay while in Marrakech, I only wish it was longer.

Pretty clean hotel w good beds and friendly personnel but the food could have been better at that price and they are charging extra for swimming pool access.

Perfect place to stay, for friends or couples. We’ve stayed here many times now and it’s like coming to see friends. Rania at the reception is especially kind and welcoming to guests and makes you feel so glad to be staying at Jaal. Everything is clean and the food is great.

El personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones son cómodas y grandes, a cualquier hora te hacen la habitación. El desayuno está muy bueno y variado. La piscina es muy grande y cómoda, aunque le falta más hamacas. El hombre de la puerta de la entrada que abre y cierra la puerta a los coches es muy amable y educado.

This is my favourite go to hotel, Stayed twice already this year and have 2 more trips booked already. welcoming reception and the team of staff are wonderful. Friendly and inviting. Nothing is too much trouble. wonderfully comfortable rooms and great level of cleanliness too.

Bon hôtel mais il faut réduire la musique, on a plus l’impression d’être dans un beach club que dans un hôtel l’après-midi. Pas cool pour les personnes qui travaillent l’après-midi et essaye aussi de se reposer, surtout que les chambres sont pas bien insonorisée, j’ai eu la migraine tout le long du séjour à cause de la musique.

My stay at Jaal Riad was amazing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and had a nice atmosphere. We had a hammam, which was such a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Marrakesh.

The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! To get a porter, we had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask them .. and we found the staff on the room behind the front desk chatting with each other! The bellboy and the porter and the spa staff were excellent! The resort though was lovely with massive pool, spa and gym and a Riad courtyard.

This resort was absolutely incredible! From the check-in service to the rooms and lobby decor and comfort. The breakfast variety was terrific as well. Besides that, their artistic lounge and variety of bars/restaurants was also fantastic. Outside of the resort, there is a mall at walking distance and the medina isn't too far away either with taxis easily available too. The only thing I'd like to highlight as negative is that the outdoor pool is not heated and we went in December so it was impossible to use the facility. As for the indoor pool, it was heated but charged at £20~ which was again not ideal.

Nice room on top floor overlooking the pool. Had a nice balcony and rooms are spacious.

Clean Lovely property in Riad style. Rooms are cosy with large double bed and a reading nook. This reading nook was my most favourite part of the room. The hammam was very nice and services offered in spa was decent variety. The Hammam service itself was really good and relaxing. There was plenty of vegetarian options to choose from at breakfast as well as buffet dinner. Concierge was helpful finding us a great guide to tour the city. Language was a barrier for us as we don’t speak French but that didn’t deter staff to provide great service, using technology to translate each other’s words. I would love to come back to stay in this resort.
