The room was nice comfortable bed which was a plus, nice breakfast and the hotel is beautiful.

We had a great stay. It was wonderful to walk up the tower and have a drink overlooking the cathedral. It was spectacular.

El desayuno muy rico, la ubicación perfecta y la vista de L torre preciosa. Nos quedamos mi familia y yo con 3 adolescentes y niños y cupimos perfecto. Lo único que la calle muy ruidosa en la mañana temprano por una construcción.

Clean room and good breakfast

Das Turmgebäude ist sehr schön und es macht Freude in einem solchen Hotel Gast zu sein. Auf dem Turm oben ist eine kleine Lounge eingerichtet die jeden Tag (ab 16:00Uhr) bedient ist. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick über die Stadt und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr geräumig. In unsrem Zimmer war alles gut bis auf die Dusche, da gäbe es noch verbesserungspotential. War aber gut zu gebrauchen. Das Frühstück ist frisch und man bekommt tollen Kaffee. Auch die Räumlichkeiten sind toll, alt aber sehr chic hergerichtet. Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. So macht Urlaub Freude. Wichtig ist zu erwähnen, dass man nicht selbst mit dem Auto vor das Hotel fahren sollte/kann. Es wird ein Parkservice angeboten, welchen man unbedingt nutzen sollte.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, the tower gives you an amazing view of Florence. The staff were helpful in giving us recommendations on places to go. The rooms were clean and we felt safe. The breakfast had a nice selection and they made us coffee of our choice each morning. The only cons, when we first checked in the cleaner that they had used on the room was very perfumed and we had to let the room air out. Luckily they only seem to use that cleaner in between stays as we never smelt it again. Through our bathroom was a door to a patio, however, we couldn’t open it at all as the patio overlooked an alleyway which had such a strong cigarette smell that it was flown into our room.

No A/C activated in rooms. Advised that due to it being April and low season they only turn it on from May. It was 26deg and room was very hot. When paying over £200 a night I don’t think this is acceptable. Breakfast was okay, tower view amazing BUT also visited by a lot of tourists and tour guides. Found this off putting when we paid to stay at the hotel and tourists continually arriving who had paid zero. Biggest issue the noise outside rooms, constant from early hours with vendors moving trollies on cobble stones. Great location but not sure we would stay again. The AC restriction was not advertised by Expedia at point of booking and room was too noisy. Also had to pay a 60 euro city tax for two people on a 5 night stay.

Great location. We enjoyed the family room for 4 and all of the history of the site.

Superb breakfast. Superb location. Brilliant rooftop bar with amazing view. Also quiet and secluded rooftop terrace near bedrooms in the tower annex.

Booked a quadruple room (one double bed, two singles) through Expedia. Arrived at the hotel and was given a standard room with a double bed without apology and pretending it was the correct room. Had to find alternative accommodation. Hotel also made refund through Expedia problematic. Expedia also poor in managing.

Good breakfast. Good location. Bed too hard in apartment.
