AMAZING place to stay. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Loved that there was a mini kitchen in the unit & the building was stunning. Enjoyed walking around the property and admiring the architecture. 10/10 spot for sure

This property is definitely a diamond in the rough. It was a bit scary trying to find the property because of construction and a lack of signs on the roads (not the property’s fault). We asked the local firemen where the address was and they helped us. Parking was confusing but it worked. The building itself is a beautiful old mansion which has been converted to be a comfortable stay. The laundry was especially useful.

Property excellent great nostalgic building My big concern is regarding parking The message via email doesnt correspond with actual realty. Regarding street parking i spoke with police officers of Saint John and the informed me that they do not give tickets from 12 am till 8 am .More concerning is the parking at the school .a costumer of yours a young lady got her window shattered in the late afternoon. THE area smelled of urine i myself saw 2 guys doing drugs regardless that it is legal Your policy says you are not responsible for any vandalism. Hey if that was my car i would have gone to a higher level you must have better security .They are more and more homeless and desperate individuals in Saint John and thats according to the police .I will not return to Saint John sadly because of this

A great place to stay when in Saint John, very convenient for the main sites and a lovely old building with lots of character. Our room was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and lovely bed. We loved the sun-room!

Établissement avec cachet. Très bien situé. En ville, on peut visiter à pied. Très propre, tranquille à l'intérieur, mais on entend les bruits de l'extérieur. Le ménage est fait chaque jour.

It was amazing.

Loved staying here! Chapman Hill suites fixes up historic properties in Saint John and furnished them with many period pieces. One of the better hotels I have stayed in. The only concern is parking. As this is a 19th century structure parking is on street and you might need to purchase a parking pass. I will be definitely staying here next time I am in this city!
