An all round good experience, would go back

Great 1 night stay with superb breakfadt

Different room this time liked it more than the junior suite. Great rate, seems too cheap for the quality of the accommodation. Nice bathroom. It’s an old old old very old building so I understand that it’s difficult to maintain the sash windows, I hope that they can make some progress with this over the next year or so

Only stayed 1 night but good size room with excellent shower.. staff very nice and efficient There was music and BBQ as it was a Friday. Made me smile with the tunes played. Would visit again

Absolutely beautiful room, fantastic food and service. A place to definitely come back to.

This was a last moment decision to stay in the area rather than travel home as i had to be further east next day , and this turned out to be a real find. Located in the middle of town it has a large carpark to the rear so easy to find and get straight in. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful and the room was large with an exquisite shower room ,tea and coffee facilities and flat screen tv. The wifi was excellent which enabled me to work. In the evening the restaurant staff were making sure everything was just so and the deputy manager i believe was so bubbly and couldn't do enough Absolutely i will go back here again

Lovely stay at this hotel. Big room, comfy bed. Excellent value for the deal we got & it included the very convenient parking. We did not eat at the hotel as it was quite expensive. Breakfast was £19.95 each. There are several other places to eat within a very short walk, several old pubs well worth a visit and a Wetherspoons within a 10 minute walk.

Only one night stay, but wow, a place of history and staff amazing. Will be going back definitely, for longer next time

Lovely hotel and we certainly like to stay there again the next time we visit Grantham. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Provided us a special alarm clock for deaf people which we appreciated very much.

Great location in a beautiful town. A stunning period property. Large room at a very good price. Fabulous bathroom. What really made for such a good stay was the customer service. Reception staff and the team in the cocktail/tapas bar were excellent. The tapas was exceptional. We will return.

The hotel had a nice calm and relaxing feel to it. The staff were lovely, friendly and professional.

Need heating on in room had to use a plug in radiator for heat 😔

First, I called the hotel a day prior to our arrival and a receptionists named Chloe was very polite, kind and able to help us with our booking that we made through Expedia. When we arrived, it was Chloe who helped and informed us about the hotel, amenities, carpark and room booking. She is very knowledgeable. Thank you Chloe. The Room that was given to us was a family room which is very clean, comfortable beds, with two big mirrors and a comdortable single sofa seat which added to the elegance of the room. The toilet is very clean and looks amazing. There is a telephone, television, iron and ironing board, several bottles of water, kettle and sachets for hot drinks, hair dryer, lamps, portable heater and electric fan readily available to use. The carpark is just behind the hotel but there is small road that separate the hotel from the car park. Just be careful and always keep an eye with cars passing from your right when going to the car park. When leaving the car park, you need to get a code from the receptionist. We also met a very friendly cleaner named Christy Galer who prepared the room and we were amazed how clean and organized our family suite, bathroom and toilet. Before leaving the hotel amd handed back the keys of the room, I met another kind and friendly receptionist names Helen who also help us with our checking out.
