Very underwhelming experience.

My wife and I stayed at the Dream for our 38th wedding anniversary with some of our close friends. We really enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back to stay soon. It was the perfect getaway for all of us!

Great hotel!

The room was extremely small. The hallways are not marked with room numbers.

The check in and check out were flawless. Very professional great staff

It was a okay stay. Rooms need upgrades. Beds need to be comfortable and bathroom features need upgrades.

Great location. Excellent staff. Decent rooms.

Overall stay was very nice. However, some things forgotten that were requested from front desk. Also it’s been weeks from my stay and I still have not received my detailed folio which I have requested numerous times.

Ladies....the lighting is horrible! Even in the bathroom. The lighting throughout the room is so bad. Took us 10 minutes every night to figure out how to turn them off. Sometimes they would go off when on the toilet! At the brightest, not great for make up. Bad set up all around. NO WHERE to put clothes, except one small dresser. I moved overpriced snacks so I could use the shelf for my things, then had to talk to the mngr to not charge me for all the snacks moved off the sensored shelf! NO WHERE is there a note about this, the mini mini fridge is full of alcohol, again no where to put leftovers or your own midnight snack. Felt like we were living in a cave for 5 days.

Large lobby, friendly staff, safe.

With cost of room they should offer free breakfast. There was a refrigerator in room but was FILLED of their stuff to sell. Had to keep removing their stuff to put our drinks and leftovers in frig. Only enough towels for one day and they didnt clean room on Easter. One tiny garabage can in room. Insane!! Glass wall in bathroom light up entire room when your trying to sleep. Loud booming base could b heard from roof top bar!!

Excellent location and service. Rooms need an update. We stayed in a double room.

The place was fine although had to wait an additional hour to check in. ( 4:15 room ready) and not the one I booked . Also I was charged for three items from the mini bar I never used . Also, it took forever just to get coffee in the morning . I am having a difficult time recommending this hotel .

Everything was beautiful

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Light switch panel at head of bed was illuminated 24/7 disturbing already poor sleep. Club in hotel played loud music 11 pm to 4 am resulting booming bass sounds making sleep difficult. Will not stay there again.

Stayed here many times and typically love it. Stayed on 10th floor and night club rooftop music on 12th floor kept us up all night (til 4am). They offered earplugs, but just not enough to be quiet. Great hotel in every way outside of this.
