Sadly I was only there for 3 hours but it was a beautiful and convenient hotel. If I wasn't delayed getting there, I would have really enjoyed the room. Excellent place!

The smallest room is really small. But perfect clean and in a very good condition. Stuff is competent and multilingual.

Staff and restaurant was top notch

I have stayed at this hotel before and everything was very good except the internet but at least I had internet but this time round the internet did not work at all. If you are travelling for business and need to be connected, you should be aware of it. I also had an issue with the heating system which did not work so I had a few cold night to deal with :( Other than these two issues, everything else was good.

The staff at this hotel are cheerful, efficient and knowledgeable. The facilities are very good and very clean. Restaurant portions are very large and affordable. Location is a three minute walk from the main train station and it is an excellent place to stay prior to entering or after leaving Ukraine. When there do not miss visiting the town square just a five minute walk away.

A neat and tidy hotel very close to the train station. Friendly and accommodating staff. Had a very good meal in the restaurant- Pork cutlet with potatoes and cabbage - the potion was huge. Only item to improve on is that the safe had dead batteries and could not be rectified until morning- having a working safe is a top three priority when I travel

Excellent hotel. I loved the room decor and size. I stayed in the corner room which had lovely corner windows. Excellent reception and guest services. I tried the restaurant food as well 10/10.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Located near the station and close to town square for evenings. Very friendly with good breakfast. Hotel is city based so can be noisy with guests coming and going late into the night.

The hotel has been renovated but it has a pillow problem they are rather bad. The staff are super nice and helpful. The hotel seems to be very popular and busy.

Not only is the hotel across the street from the train station it is excellent in every way. The front desk was very cordial, restaurant staff pleasant and attentive and the room was very well appointed.
