Boutique hotel, full of charm. Wonderful roof-top restaurant. Staff at desk very helpful. However, if you have mobility issues be aware that there are no elevators. Ask for a room on the ground floor but know that you will have to climb a long flight of stairs for the included breakfast. But it is totally worth it! Would absolutely stay again

Everything was perfect.

C’est un hôtel très bien situé, sur le circuit touristique. La terrasse avec vue (partielle) sur la baie est très agréable. Le déjeuner est très bon. Heureusement que ce n’était pas la période la plus chaude (fin mars) car il n’y avait pas d’air climatisé, je n’en ai donc pas eu besoin. Il n’y a pas de TV, mais ce n’était pas nécessaire pour moi.

Cela aurait pu etre parfait tant le cadre la vue , le personnel, le resto , l'emplacement sont extras...gros bémol pour nous : le BRUIT. Isolation phonique défectueuse laissant passer tous les bruits de la nuit, chien qui aboient, alarmes d voitures, et des gens qui font de la musique ou parlent normalement mais, cela s'entendait mème avec la fenêtres fermée. et idem pas d clim, froid la nuit, trop chaud le jour. dommage sinon cela aurait été un merveilleux séjour.

Beautiful hotel, with modern design, but remaining comfortable and eco friendly

The Fauna is in a great location with a nice rooftop restaurant. The room is pretty basic but comfortable and with everything you need. The hotel details say there is laundry but there isn't. Luckily, there is a great laundry service nearby that does same day service.

Lovely stay at a unique hotel. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The restaurant had a variety of options and the food and drinks were delicious. The view of Valparaiso from the room and restaurant was great.

O restaurante e localização é o ponto alto. Poderia ter TV no quarto já que depois das 18:00 o bairro fica deserto, sentimos falta, de resto, é um bom hotel no Cerro Alegre.

Such a cool place to stay - our dining experience outdoor at the rooftop was like no other - full moon - splendid views - the best food! Excellent!
