Room was clean and staff were friendly. The noise from the room we stayed in was unbearable to sleep. There’s been some recent work where a massive steel plate is on the road in bus lane and it is so loud when buses go over it. The road noise was basically like we had a window open it was too loud to sleep.

Presumed knowledge that parking was provided. On check in “ did you rebook your parking “ well NO thought it was provided. Clearly the fine print is very fine. Staff very pushy.

Good and clean for the money

Staff are very polite and helpful. The bus stop is just outside the hotel entrance. The room was clean and the kitchenette was very handy. A grocery near by made getting and cooking my own meals easier since I prefer not to eat in restaurants. There is a laundry facility also and there is a great church near by.

This property was very clean and comfortable. The outstanding feature for me were the staff who were excellent. It was very close to RPA which was great.

I only had 1 complaint about the room that the shower curtain kept sticking to the legs from the draught of steam removal. There was no door to isolate the shower recess and the floor got very wet.

The service from Ryan was exceptional.

He’s was too soft, and felt really hot. But it was just for 1 night, so all good

room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Front desk service was exceptional! "Vernice" the Front Desk Manager went above and beyond to assist us with our stay (looking up transport routes, organising an early check-in and organising a shuttle back to the airport). You just don't get good quality service like this anymore.

Very well managed property. The only suggestion I can make is that better arrangements for access to maintenance on the weekend be investigated.
