The room was very nice, spacious, modern and clean. The Breakfast Buffet had a lot of options, morelike a four star hotel. At Dinner, I ordered a Steak which was excellent. The Location is near the Centre, yet quiet.

Beim Check in war die Reseption nicht besetzt und erst bei mehrmaligen klingeln wurde jemand auf uns Aufmerksam. Jedoch wurde uns die Tourismusabgabe 3x verrechnet, obschon Kinder bis 16 davon ausgenommen sind (wurde korrekt auf der Reservierung angegeben). Rückmeldung der Rezeption, das ist nun so und wird nicht rückerstattet.

Nettes und achtsames Personal. Sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer. Gute Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten.

Ein wunderbares Hotel. Tolles Frühstücks Büffet und sehr schönes grosses Zimmer, sehr sauber. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend organisiert. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken war vielfältig und von hoher Qualität. Das Parken auf dem reservierten Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels verlief problemlos.

The hotel is in a quiet location with free parking. At check in the host gave us a menu for the restaurant on site. He said to pick anything on the menu and he would cook it for us. We are so glad we took him up on his offer as the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was really good too.

Da scheinbar alle Zimmer belegt waren, musste ich in Zimmer 11 (unterm Dach mit schräge) übernachten. Zimmer war sehr alt, Waschbecken im Zimmer und Toilette, Bad separat, aber auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Klimaanlage und sehr warm.

Very noisy if anyone use bathroom or talk to other room you can hear it. Online it shows a 700 SF suite but the suite won’t be more than 300 sf. In Secon room only a bed and a small table could fit with no ventilation. No bed sheets only mattress covers when asked for bedsheets i was told told it would be 10 euro for each bedsheet. Won’t recommend.

Hotel mais antigo , sem ar codicionado no verao o que vc precisa abrir as portas e com isso tem um predio enorme olhando pra cama , sem.privacidade NENHUMA . Tem um rio que passa , que é agradavem da varanda .. uma varanda como o quarto bem improvisado .. antigo . A cidade é linda vale muito vir .. mas as 21h nao tem mais ninguem na rua rs

Gutes 3-Sterne-Hotel in einem älteren, aber renovierten Gebäude an einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, ein paar Gehminuten von Bushaltestellen und Läden. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit bequemen Betten; trotz Lage zur Strasse nachts ruhig; das Bad (mit Dusche) war sehr klein. Das Frühstück bot eine grosse Auswahl - von verschiedenen Brotsorten und Konfitüre über Käse, Aufschnitt, Joghurt, gebratenen Würsten und Eiern bis zu frischem Obst und Gemüse; für ausreichend Nachschub wurde laufend gesorgt. Das Restaurant war leider (noch) geschlossen; ein Hinweis auf der Homepage oder am Restaurant selbst wäre hilfreich gewesen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt - gerne wieder.

Sjarmerende lite hotell i en rolig sidegate i Bad Ragaz. Rommene er av eldre dato, men det er rent og det er gode senger. Uteområdet er koselig, perfekt å sitte med en kopp kaffe og nyte utsikten. Frokosten hadde godt utvalg av frisk frukt, grønnsaker og hva du måtte ønske. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang, og anbefaler hotellet videre til andre. Takk for oss.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. The breakfast was substantial and delicious. Appreciated the free parking!!!

Extreemely high priced compared to 2.5 star actual quality! Gives the impression of being some kind of luxuory hotel, but is not. The recepcion is a boot, and not manned after certain hours. Small and poor room and bathroom compared to any 50-60 euro hotel anywhere else! I want my money back!!!

This is a small hotel at the top edge of Bad Ragaz. It's quite charming in its way and we had a good week here - skiing. I would be happy to stay again. We only saw two staff/owners here - both were very welcoming and helpful - anything we asked they were only too happy to help. We asked for a few relatively simple things - an early breakfast on the last day to leave for a flight - this was no problem, and if we could borrow a Swiss power adaptor - again no problem. Wifi - an essential in a modern hotel - was fast, easy to connect, and gave no problems all week. They have a different network on each floor (same password) and it was very efficient. Breakfast - there was a good variety and it was well laid out. One chap kept it in very good order and I'm sure that he would be happy to do other things if asked. A nice touch was that they had tea/coffee etc. on in the afternoon as well, which made it pleasant to sit downstairs after the day's skiing catching up on work emails. Parking - there are some allocated spaces a short way further up the street. However - there aren't that many, and one night we found they were all full. That night I had to find a space in town. I asked the guy on reception the following day and he said there was a private space opposite I could have used - parking spaces in Switzerland are very tightly controlled. This is something to ask about on arrival. I've said a little more on Trip Advisor.
