Good breakfast. Quiet room. Few rooms with air conditioning, minimum 20 degrees. Dog friendly.

Capuchino machine didn't work. There weren't eggs ready to eat, you have to order 20 min in advance. No amenities in the bathroom (shower cap, cotton pads, etc) . Elevator didn't work. In general OK

Äußerst freundliches Personal im Service und Empfang

Wir hatten ein sehr großes Familiezimmer mit Balkon. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel liegt am Geburtshaus der Torten Sacher und liegt am Ausgangspunkt für schöne Spaziergänge und Wanderungen. Das Frühstück ist eher im unteren Bereich eines 4 Sterne Hotels

Rastaurant was good, except in the morning when they started to clean breakfast bit early and took my piece of cake while I was still eating it..

Super nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück. Leider extrem heiß im Zimmer und sehr laut.

A pleasant hotel in a pleasant location. The breakfast was excellent, as was dinner -- all in a nice setting.

Not what it once (maybe) was? Definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is rundown and lacking amenities. Food was decent. Breakfast was sad. Staff was excellent though.

Nice clean place. Stayed here for the Formula 1 race in Spielberg. It was a bit far but we had limited options so we were happy to have it. Beautiful surroundings.

Trevlig personal och service

Sent an email in advance for 2 x single beds, no response but told they do not have any single beds on arrival. States air conditioning, but this is not available in the rooms. Did not appreciate the call at 1100 asking me when I am checking out, I am an adult, not a child and capable of reading. Receptionist more interested in her food rather than customer service. Did not even get asked if I enjoyed my stay. However, the receptionist on arrival and bar staff very friendly, breakfast very good and evening meal excellent.

Et ældre men pænt hotel. Vi havde et dobbeltværelse/suite. Værelserne var adskilt af en dør der var åben. Fungerede fint. Det ene værelse have en sofa lignende seng der var mega hård sø fik en madras der dækkede det halve af sengen. Derudover havde værelser ingen gardiner så meget lyst tidligt om morgenen. Ingen kogekedel på værelset hvilket for os vil have været en god ting. Overordnet set et fint sted for overnatning. God service og god morgenmadsbuffet
