Mukava, rauhallinen hotelli kauempana keskustaa. Metroasema oli kuitenkin kävelymatkan päässä, josta oli helppo mennä vaikka keskustaan. Kauppa vieressä, Wolt toi ruokaa myös.

Lovely room about a 25min walk from the UFO bridge. I had a pleasant stay here and it had everything I needed.

Can’t complain for the price, the chap who checked us in was very friendly, location was fine for what we needed and taxis are cheap, perfect if you just need somewhere to get some sleep and have a shower.

Convenient location with parking. €5 taxi into the old town or shopping centre so easy to explore Bratislava.

Wir kamen an und konnten in Ruhe einchecken. Es ist super, dass der Parkplatz kostenlos ist. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, aber auch nicht komplett zentral. Man kommt innerhalb ein paar Stationen mit dem Bus in die Zentralgegend. Zimmer waren sehr sauber, wurden aber nicht täglich Betten gemacht. Aber die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Es ist ein sehr gute Cafe in der Nähe. Der einzige Manko war, dass das Auschecken nicht wie gewohnt verlief. Wir kamen zur gewünschten Zeit zur Rezeption und es war niemand da, um ordnungsgemäß auszuchecken, daher konnten wir die Zimmerkarten nur ablegen. Für einen Kurztrip war das Hotel gut.

The room was fantastic and excellent value for money. Nice walk to get into the city centre. Will definitely stay here again!

Resepsiyon görevlisi ilgisiz kesinlikle çözüm odaklı değil. Rezervasyonumuzun olduğuna ikna edene kadar oldukça yorulduk

Le falta como hogar, se siente vacío, permanece oscuro, no hay calor humano.

Fiyatı uygun diye kalınabilecej temiz bir yer. Merkeze uzak. Aracınız yoksa hiç düşünmeyin. Otel yurdu gibi. Yataklar konforlu değil.

Soap was not refilled when empty. We had to refill it ourselves. There is no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The clean staff enters everyday. They only change the towels and garbages. We had to request toilet paper even when it was empty and the staff entered the room.

Preis/Leistung stimmt soweit. Leider sind weder Cafe, noch Bar oder Restaurant geöffnet und somit gibt es, entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung, kein buchbares Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind hingegen geräumig und das Bett war okay. Es hat jedoch immer sehr lange gedauert bis es im Bad warmes Wasser gab.

Aqui começa uma história ( comentários sobre o hotel) e depois tem outra história abaixo sobre a localização do hotel : - O hotel foi uma surpresa agradável e bem mais barato que os outros - Quarto super limpo , cama boa ,banheiro e chuveiro ótimo , trocaram as toalhas e limparam o quarto - Tv e Wi-Fi bons - Piso não é carpete , isso é bom - Atendimento na recepção foi ótimo , rápido e objetivo, faltou ter um mapa da old town de Bratislava - Quarto não tem frigobar, isso é ruim - Não tem café da manhã Em relação a Localização é uma história à parte, pois tendo Uber ou táxi por 5 euros até a old town , fica tudo mais fácil e resolvido - Mas realmente o hotel é longe ( uns 10 minutos de carro ) da old town e ao redor do hotel não tem supermercado e nem restaurantes, nada , só tem residências . - Você tem que vir a noite para descansar e dormir no hotel , só isso . No outro dia pega um táxi e vai para old town e os pontos turísticos

Brekfast served only 7:30-8:30 AM, no bar for coffee or drinks although it says there is. Dirty blanket, leaking siphon under the sink, dirty windows. Make sure you took bed AND Breakfast although it is advertised as B&B. Cannot pay for extra breakfast if you are not on the breakfast list.

RIP OFF - AVOID !!!!!!!! Booked the hotel for a two night stay three months in advance. On arrival at 7pm I was told they didn't have my booking. I showed them my Expedia confirmation email and then they said even though I had paid for two nights it was only enough to cover one nights' stay as the Manager didn't like Expedia's commission rates for online bookings. A total con. Ripping off people. The receptionist I dealt with was unprofessional and extremely rude and abrupt. The manager would not speak to me on the phone. The area in which the hotel is situated is otherwise residential and not nice at all. No shops, restaurants or amenities nearby and I was told that there was no breakfast service available for the morning. It's also far out of the city centre, a 40min walk or a bus journey. No kettle or fridge in room so it was tap water or nothing which I had to keep drinking as the room was far too warm and could not be changed. Neither could I open a window as I was on the ground floor with a street directly outside. The bed was uncomfortable and the above issues meant I had a very poor nights sleep. I was glad that I only ended up staying for only one night instead of two, getting a far nicer and cheaper room in old town for a great second nights' stay. Avoid this hotel, terrible !!@
