Nice clean room, nice staff, easy to check in

Nice little hotel/B&B with excellent breakfast and on-site parking. We had a door into the garden which looked in need of some TLC but no complaints and happy to recommend

Lovely stay, if I was being picky I'd have loved a bath sheet rather than a bath towel. Room was immaculate and as a line traveller I felt safe.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this B&B. The property itself is beautifully maintained—cozy, spotless, and full of character. My room was lovely and comfortable with a lovely garden. Dog friendly and lots of parking spaces. The lady who served our breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my wee trip to here, 2 nights. The room was for 3 adults and i though very spacious. Clean and tidy. The room was modern with a lovely ensuite. The view from our room was even more breath taking with the snow on the mountains. Breakfast was amazing and famikyvrun. The wee boys who served us were patient, helpful and polite with a clear understanding of there duties. There is no lift at this property but, it is only one flight of stairs up. I would with no doubt return again if ever in Keswick again. Taxis need to be prebooked as they seem to be busy or not enough for the area.

Property is a bit dated & I stayed in room 10 which in the morning you can hear the breakfast being prepared at 6:00 in the morning. Heating doesn’t come on till 15:00 at night.
