Comfortable and homey unit, perfect for a family vacation. Management are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great location, one street back from the Boulevard. Has the convenience of nearby shops and great restaurants without the noise. Melinda was super helpful over the course of our stay. The apartment with very clean, comfy beds, nice shower, undercover parking, had everything we needed for our week's stay. The smoke alarm battery was beeping when we checked into the room but Melinda quickly moved us to another room straight away. Totally enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom penthouse for 2 nights with 3 friends. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious, beds were comfortable and did have sea views over the lower buildings in front but was partly blocked by the taller ones. Apartment is starting to show its age a bit with the leather lounge flaking in patches and some stains on walls. Overall OK.

Very nice apartments close to everything

Absolutely amazing. Very clean and neat. All the facilities worked to perfection. Ample amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Private yet the location makes it very convenient for both day and night activities. Good for all age groups including families with young kids.

Staff were absolutely incredible and the location fantastic. The place was so clean and pool was a lot of fun. Only downside there was only one air conditioner and one of the rooms was always so hot as the air con did not reach it.

The staff were exceptional, the room was clean and spacious, and parking was convenient. The kitchen was fine, but we did have to buy a decent frying pan and knife as the ones provided were not great. The bed could have been more comfortable, but it was acceptable. The best thing about the hotel was the excellent location one block off the promenade and a few blocks down from the surf club.

The park for the car was really unsatisfactory. A huge cupboard in front made it difficult to park

A great place to stay - everything is accessible and close to beach and shops. Staff friendly and clean modern facilities. We were offered vouchers to use which helped with the budget. Would visit again!

Great property, close to everything.

Fantastic location with the beach just a short walk away. Staff are friendly. Good safety measures with car in locked area and entry points and lift requiring key/fob access. Apartment was a good size with two bedrooms and two bathrooms

We had a lovely stay with young children. Parking was easy but location is great so don’t need a car. Apartment was safe, quiet and clean and reception friendly.

We loved our stay at Seamark on First. It is really close to the beach, as well as restaurants, cafes and shops. Our room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a family of 4 with 2 small children.
