Une nuit tout à fait correct Un point pourrait être amélioré. Les codes dans ce 4* ne sont pas présents pour le petit-déjeuner. Cela ressemble plus à une Cantine en libre service qu'un buffet d'un 4*

Geen 4-sterren waard. 3e verblijf hier maar zal niet terugkeren. Incl ontbijt bijna €300 voor een nacht betaald. De “suite” was somber, klein raam, vreemd kil ingericht, sofabed was uitgeklapt en opgemaakt (waarom?), armoedig setje oploskoffie zonder suiker, halve rol wc papier, vlak naast de lift wat zeer gehorig was. Ontbijt chaotisch en druk in een te kleine ruimte als het hotel vol is. Veel items op tijdens ontbijt. Wij verblijven vaak in hotels voor ons werk en deze is niet 4 sterren waardig, voor bijna €300 P/n! En zeer belangrijk….Geen vluchtroute (in geval van brand oid) bij/op de deur van de kamer. Dit is verplicht!!!

Super petit déjeuner complet et très bon, on peut manger même des pancakes et gaufres grâce aux appareils disponibles. Piscine, jacuzzi et sauna super, on était les seuls à en profiter malgré le monde qu'il y avait à l'hôtel. On a très bien dormi dans le lit confortable.

Hôtel très bien situé avec restaurant et pub autour de l’hôtel, avec un très bonne accueil. Nous étions venues entre amis pour faire la descente de la Lesse . On a pas regretté l’hôtel . Je le conseille à tous ceux qui veulent passer un moment paisible en toute tranquillité en profitant de la court intérieure , de la piscine… On reviendra c’est sur .

Tout était parfait sauf le welness il manque des tapis anti dérapant aux sorties de la piscine avant la marche pour aller aux vestiaires. Mon ami a glissé et s'est blessé à l'épaule et puis syncope dans les vestiaires par la chute. Ce serait bien de prevoir cela car un jour quelqu'un pourrait se casser qq chose.

Réservation pour la suite Junior que nous réservons depuis plus de 10ans. Déjà les prix ont explosé depuis le covid (passage de 160 à plus de 230 euros) on me dira c'est comme ça partout... Ensuite, sans nous demander notre avis, on nous installe dans une chambre "Deluxe" dans le bâtiment d'en face. La suite Junior correspond au attente de notre famille, proximité piscine et salle du petit déjeuner, taille etc... La chambre "Deluxe" située dans un autre bâtiment où il faut traverser une route relativement dangereuse et avec 3 enfants de moins de 10ans l'est clairement moins... Et on nous dit que l'hôtel est full et qu'on ne peut pas changer... Alors a quoi sert de réserver une chambre spécifique ? Enfin on nous dit que la prochaine fois (s'il y a une prochaine fois...) il faudra bien préciser de ne pas changer la chambre...est-ce une plaisanterie ? Ce n'est pas au client mais à l'hôtelier de s'excuser de ne pas donner ce qu'il a réservé. Bref ce surbooking est insupportable, le client est un porte monnaie... Bref extrêmement déçu.

Très bon séjour, petit déjeuner impeccable, salle bain à rafraîchir (Finition joints à peindre, lavabo trop bas, problème d’humidité) Odeur au rez de chaussée dans le bâtiment annexe

I booked a family room due to no other rooms available on your site. This room was situated on the other side of a busy room (with a zebra crossing) which had to be crossed with our luggage we could not drive and unload. I also found out that the shower was in the bath. I cannot do that we are both in our eighties and I have a replacement hip and knee in the same leg. The hotel found us a room with twin beds and walk in shower which we used. The restaurant was across the road. The hotel were unable to help with the difference in cost of 80 euro because I had booked with Expedia.

We stayed in the renovated mill across the road from the main property. Large and comfortable room with a bath. We enjoyed the pool and particularly the jacuzzi. You can sit and watch the birds in the trees as its outside. Well located for travelling in the area.
