Room was clean and was cleaned daily. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice with a choice of fry up or contintal options. Getting checked in was easy enough with giving simple instructioms and the housekeepers helped finding mt room and making the place feel homely. Bar area had plenty of selection of drinks and activies such as pool and darts. Plenty of restaurants and other bars nearby to choose from. Going upto the hotel/bar had Beatle theme decoration.A 10-15 minute walk to the Carvern Bar/Restaurant and Albert Docks also central to Liverpool Lime Street. Would recommend coming back here im the future.

Hotel is in a great location in the very centre of the city and its nightlife. Room was very clean with good facilities and was quiet considering it was a busy night- my sleep wasn't disturbed at all. Would definitely consider returning as the price was very reasonable for a city centre hotel.

Took a while to check in due to system used between Expedia and the hotel. Staff were nice. However you need to know the noise level is extreme. My single room was right next to really really loud music which finished at 4am. Room was extremely basic and probably not had a refurb for 15+??? Years. Would be ok if you were out until 4am, but if you are not, I would avoid this hotel

Basic comfortable room. Central location but noise outside was loud and windows couldn't keep this out.

Room tidy and clean. Staff were amazing, just a shame about the noise from the club.

Tiny cold dirty room Noise until 5.20am due to night club across the road and lack of sound proofing Strange odour I’m the bedroom and bathroom Mixer taps not working so only the shower working and this was leaking Had to put on my coat to sleep in due to extreme coldness of the room Bedroom was dated, dirty and cramped Bed very hard and uncomfortable Receptionist was nice

Breakfast was freshly cooked by cheery chef and was very good. Extra toast on request. Bedroom very clean with refurbished shower, comfortable bed. Location excellent. Well worth the money

Basic but clean. Good location but ridiculously noisy and goes on until 6am....then everyone piles onto the streets making more noise, then the street cleaners turn up, then it's breakfast.....which was awful. A basket of sausage, bacon and hash browns cooked in a deep fat fryer and served with a rubber egg and luke warm beans. Covered in grease and tasted of the fryer. Saying the noise isn't them isn't acceptable. Either fit decent windows or don't be a hotel. Probably ok during the week but may as well sleep in Lime Street station on a Friday or Saturday night.

バスセンターとキャバーンクラブに近いホテルとしてここを選びました。と言うか、他に選択肢がありませんでした。 ９月27日の宿泊でしたが、当地の気温が低いのに暖房がお粗末なので風邪を引き、旅行中はずっと咳が続きました。 リバプールで安い３つ星ホテルだと、どこも同じかも知れませんが、ここはなるべく避けた方が良さそうです。

Always a great place to stay. Staff are superb, as is the breakfast. Great City Centre location.

Nightclub next door - so don’t plan to sleep on a Saturday night!

Was woken at 7am from the window cleaner then at 10.55 ish the fire alarm went off

The staffs are kind. The first floor has a pub, I didn't mind noise. There was not refrigerator. If necessary, pay attention.

It is very old beds very lumpy an squeaky breakfast wasn't great never slept a wink on friday night the noise was horrendous there were building work going on outside from 7.30 each morning not a good experience would not recommend.

Good location. Rooms were small. Older property. Serviceable but not modern or fancy. No elevator. Narrow stairwells. Decent breakfast provided.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
