Room was jot clean

Overall good stay . The hotel is centrally located and service is good ..

it's a good hotel...but there was some inattention to detail. Wi-Fi really didn't work in the room, our shower head didn't work...but was easily fixed, and one time room service removed our towels but didn't replace them at all (also easily fixed).

Friendly, courteous staff, comfortable room, nice breakfast buffet. Hotel showing signs of wear but no more so than other hotels of this class in India. Overall a positive experience.

It was not a great stay. Food was average , noisy due to some work in night, service was below average - average cleanliness

Location suited my travel plan to visit this city.

The room was in a very bad condition with lot of dust & bathroom had mould all around. Very dirty. Hotel needs total renovation. Only good thing was a very helpful staff.

We loved the entrance to the hotel and our greeting. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we could wish for. The only negative was that the wardrobe had a strong smell of either a cleaner or insect repellent and we didn't want to hang our clothes up. Both restaurants that we tried were very good. We were driven to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight. It was a positive experience.

From the open stinking sewer outside the hotel, to the lack of English-speaking staff, this so-called 4-star hotel is 2.5 stars at best. For the money they charge, it was abysmal. Creaky floors, poor service, noise outside our room... and the gall to charge $100/night. You're FAR better off going to the Trident hotel nearby- it sets the standard for fine hotels and service. Unfortunately it was all booked during our dates. Not staying here again.

Sharing space & building with PAL Mall , Left side entry to get into hotel , where as right side one move to park car for PAL MALL. Luckily hotel exact opposite of the mall so no crowded feeling once enter into compound of hotel , its complete separate. Well establish restaurant & professional staff. Move around is easy if you like to walk as one side some residential colony and main road is busy enough for safe walk.

It was good..but overall outside cleanliness can be improved..more friendly Reception staff needs to be appointed. Rest of the service was up to expectation.

It was an ok experience. Not worth the room pricing. Its a 1 level lower hotel.

Firstly, this is truly a great property, very well maintained exceptionally. Having said that, the location is really great. They also happen to have some great chefs too. Food fantastic.

We had spent 2 weeks touring India and had some amazing nights at some great hotels. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience of hotel hygiene and service that I have ever experienced. The whole check-in process was so slow and wasn't helped by the receptionist serving other customers whilst also trying to check me in! The hotel wifi is even slower than the check-in process! However by far the worst issue is when we tried to get an extra bed for our children. We called down for it at 9pm...nothing by 10pm so called again...half an hour later they turn up with one of the dirtiest, mould infested, torn and cigarette-holed mattress that I have ever seen! I refused to accept it and the staff tried to replace it with an equally poor one. On the third attempt (by now it was past midnight and my children were really tired) I had to go down to reception and insist on solving this issue. An hour later they claimed that they didn't have any other mattresses! Issue was only resolved after 1am after I kicked up a huge fuss and after helping the staff to carry a mattress out of an unused room! No apology the next day from staff or management! The grout between the bathroom tiles was also mouldy. This hotel might be ok for the locals by this shouldn't even be rated a 3 star hotel. On the plus side the staff and food at the Breeze was ok.

Good for a business trip

Good hotel.. But the staff took some time to locate my reservation through Hotels.com. Stay was comfortable, though the property seems to be old. In room dining service is excellent...

Stay was fine.manager was wonderful and really helpful .lastday even though we turned late as was struck he arranged check out with moving our things to cloak room and even though we had vacated he offered to arrange tea and water even though it as around 11pm ,hotel should be lucky enough to have such wonderful manager and again if I am in Bhubaneswar I will certainly stay in your hotel

It is very enjoyable staying in the hotel,staffs are very cordial , hospitable, helping and above all very very decent.Breakfast is awesome.Nice place to enjoy the market also.
