Great room, modern hotel and well kept. Also great breakfast. Best place to stay in Lincoln

Lovely staff who were attentive and helpful pictured me and my partner get engaged in the bar

Room and bathroom were spacious. Feather pillows were not my favourite and were very uncomfortable for me. Instructions for room heating would have been appreciated.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Staff very friendly and attentive. Room was slightly warm for my liking even though we turned the heating off. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. Location was perfect for exploring the area. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lincoln.

Wasn’t advised of a big party going on till midnight, my room sounded like I was in the middle of a nightclub, I raised this to reception and was told get on with it, it will be finished by midnight

Firstly, I booked this hotel as it had its own car park, however the car park was full, the closest parking was a multi-storey car park where I had to pay £10 for the night and it was a 5 minute walk, however in the pouring rain, it felt like 10minutes. Secondly, the room was ridiculously cold, I sorted out the thermostat and raised the temperature to 32C, but despite that, the room remained cold, with a breeze coming from somewhere, I spent the night with 2 blankets on and still felt cold. After a tiring day at work, for me to come back to the hotel and all I wanted was to relax, but instead I had to deal with so much inconvenience.
