I’ve stayed at this hotel several times on consecutive years. It’s a great location, comfortable and clean, adult only , great pool bar and excellent food. However the rooms are starting to show their age. Mould was present in the bathroom and around the bath. The shower head wouldn’t remain in position. And water dripped from a vent above the toilet. The buffet breakfast is good value and provides good options. Unfortunately the coffee was nearly undrinkable and has definitely gone downhill over the years. That said, the hotel facilities for guests is good and the as I said the food is amazing! It’s in a great location for access to the Yumbo and great value in terms of what you get value for money.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Room was pretty basic but not a problem as the rest made up for it.

Nice Hotel close to tge Yumbo Centre a big Shopping Area during the day and full of bars and entertainment club as venues and eating places at night . One negative the lay out of the floors and rooms is strange in the Don Miguel Hotel 🏨 its a huge Hotel..but No first floor in the reception area you have to walk up a flight then manoeuvre around the passage ways and metal stairs outside 😀

Das Hotel ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen, was man an abgenützten Möbeln und Böden sieht. Mein Zimmer war sehr laut, man hörte unter anderem die Anlieferung, die Musik vom Poolbereich und jedes Wort und jeden Schritt vom Gang. Die Bitte um einen Zimmerwechsel wurde nicht erfüllt. Das Frühstück ist ok, viel Auswahl, nicht überall Top-Qualität, Kaffee nur aus Automaten. Die Lage ist gut. Für mich hat das Verhältnis Preis/Leistung nicht wirklich übereingestimmt.

Das Zimmer war gepflegt und sauber und hatte einen großen Balkon. Das Personal des Hotels ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Buffets zum Frühstück und Abendessen sind abwechslungsreich. Als Vegetarier wünsche ich mir, dass angebotenen Produkte und Speisen als vegetarisch oder vegan gekennzeichnet sind.

Feels a bit harsh not to give it as what I going to moan about really can't be helped It's situated on a main road so being on the balcony can be noise and down by the pool you are getting fumes from the road. It's centre based tho so to be expected. Room was great and clean - didn't find it dated like some suggest. Plenty of sun loungers and staff especially housekeeping where very friendly. Suppose the question is would I go back there and the answer is yes. Supposedly a star rating lower to a local hotel within the same brand. You wouldn't know it. 👏 Breakfast was the buffet was all know and love these days.

Fantastic location and facilities. Had a pool view room, was clean and regularly serviced. Would definitely stay here again. Good selection for breakfast.

Half board was the perfect way of spending the trip. Room 260 was a bit of a trek from reception, but pleasant enough little balcony looking towards yumbo , handy fridge and nice bathroom

The Don Miguel is a very nice hotel , but sadly she is starting to show her age. The staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. I was in room 49 and found the bathroom outdated and difficult to get to the W.C. You have to go into the bathroom with the door open (obviously) , then stand with your heels against the bath. Then close the bathroom door and make a tight squeeze between the sink unit and the pan to sit down. I found the mattress to hard and the pillows were a disaster. Apart from the that it's very good value for money. Just needs some T.L.C and a magic wand.

Very clean. Perfect location for Yumbo centre. Supermarket and lovely coffee shop right opposite. Friendly staff, will definitely go back.

Il y avait un sifflement constant dans la chambre. Il y a du personnel très sympathique et du personnel pas sympathique. La piscine est agréable.

The breakfast was quite limited. Sometimes they add raw onion in omelette. They also block half of morning dining room so I had to wait for 5-10 minutes every morning at 10am for free table and for fork and knife. Menwhile the blocked area had all the tables ready but not used. The rooms are very dated. Not a fan of purple colours everywhere. I will probably wont stay there again unless its super cheap because its very close to Yumbo.

Unverantwortlich schlechtes Benehmen vom Rezeptionspersonal NACH dem Einchecken. 3 mal funktionierte die Zimmerkarte nicht und wir mussten 3 mal am Stück eine Wegstrecke zum Zimmer zurücklegen, von ca 80Meterm trotzdem bemühte man sich nicht Hilfestellung zu leisten. Das Zimmer war auf dem Stand achtziger Jahre, dementsprechend ABGEWOHNT, wie auch sämtliche Hotelflure. Betonen muss man die Dame während des Check in, die freundlich war. Das Frühstück wurde erst ab 8 Uhr angeboten, ein „Early Bird“ war nicht möglich. Fazit: wir kommen nicht wieder.

Great location, pool area nice, but very hard to get sun loungers. Not enough beds. Rooms tired and dated, TV was older than me. Cockroaches in my bath.
