good location, lots of restaurants nearby

Light, airy, clean, comfortable and well resourced apartment set in lovely, clean, inviting grounds so close to the beach with views of the pools and gardens - we will return!!

Room was a bit tired in places and had black mould spores.

In unseren Zimmer hat es so gerochen als wenn man am Klärwerk wohnt. Nachts wurde es besonders schlimm. Wir sind am 2 Tag ausgezogen da der Rest auch entsprechend war. Für den Preis ein Witz.

Eine sehr ruhige Lage, sauber und alle sehr freundlich.

Veldig rolig og koselig hotell. Fin bakgårdshage med blomster og grønne vekster. En trivelig katt er også tilstede i bakgården. Kort vei til strand og restauranter. Det er fjerde gang vi er på hotellet, kommer tilbake

Nice stay and ideally located

This is a nice hotel to stay but I won’t be returning to it. some nice staff The cleaners work the hardest. Kids entertainment is ok pool bar staff are miserable. There were a lot of ants in our room and the smell from air con is very smelly. But furniture needs looked at as it’s very dangerous for toddlers climbing on and off the sofas in the living room. The pool area is smaller than we thought from the pictures and the children’s park is derelict and is very dirty. There are a lot of birds flying around doing their droppings everywhere which left the surrounding pool disgusting

Es hat mich alles gefallen. Besser konnte es nicht sein.

Todella siisti ja mukava hotelli lähellä rantaa. Paljon lapsiperheitä, hotelli järjestää lapsille sekä aikuisille pientä aktiviteettia päivällä altaalla ja illalla hotellin baarissa. Hotellissa käytössä kolme uima-allasta. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä palvelu.

Ett OK hotell med närhet till havet och affärer i närheten. Rummet var bra, gott om plats. Dessvärre var bäddsoffan helt sönder, så vi fick lägga madrasserna på golvet. Hade förmodligen fått hjälp om vi ringt receptionen. Klädkrokarna i hallarna satt inte fast i väggen så kläder och handdukarna ramlade ner hela tiden. För få solsängar vid poolen så vi fick ingen sittplats under vår vistelse. Personalen i receptionen bokade taxi till flygplatsen kvällen innan, men som på morgonen visade sig inte fanns någon bokning. Vi är inte imponerade av vår vistelse här.

First time in Mallorca and wanted something close to beach. There is a large store nearby for some beach necessities and food. We had the ground floor, which was nice for kids. The gym and kids center were a bit outdated. There was a laundry facility on site, laundry detergent was included in price. The food at restaurant was okay, nothing to rave about. Our room smelled stale and moldy, I let the reception know and I think they put in aroma for one day. The beds were squeaky. It was okay for first time stay because we did not know better but I think in future will stay elsewhere.

Det var ikke som forventet ud fra beskrivelse og billeder. Man skal forberede sig på at der er rigtig mange børn og derfor minimal plads i poolen, derudover har poolen kun åben i tidsrummet 10-19, dog altid for sent åben og lukkede 10 minutter før.

Schoonmaak en onderhoud kan verbeterd worden

Dejligt hotel med 2 fine pools og 1 indedørs pool. Tæt på lille supermarket og gode spisesteder. Vi boede i lejlighed med et soveværelse i sidebygningen. 2 gode altaner. Aircon virkede desværre ikke men da det ikke var så varmt ude gjorde vi ikke noget ved det. Klart et problem til sommer.

It was a little bit loud at night but it was worth it

Excellent one superior bedroom apartment room for myself and wife , standard apartment for family extremely poor value for money.

Good hotel in a relatively silent neighborhood, close to good restaurants and the beach. Hotel Restaurant is ok, a bit noisy, food is average, but lack allergy marking. Reasonable variety. We stayed in a ground floor flat. Ok since we were travelling with an infant, but not my favorite. Very little views but practical because of the stroller. Ok standard, except for very poor quality on the toilet paper, which is a unnecessary daily reminder on where not to cut costs. Also the second pool area was so soiled by birds and stuff from the trees that no one wanted to use the area, and when at the same time a pool guard just sits there with nothing to do (with no apparent incentive to keep the area clean throughout the day), I feel that the review gets one star less than what they could get by these simple fixes.

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und empfanden es als wirklich toll! Wir sind eher anspruchsvolle Gäste was Thema Sauberkeit und Personal angeht. Alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel werden wir nun bevorzugt suchen, wenn es wieder nach Palma geht!
