El teléfono para comunicarse a la recepción no servía, solicitamos una cobija extra en la noche y demoraba 40 minutos llevarla, el lavamanos no bajaba el agua se quedaba estancada, en el restaurante pedimos un pollo que lo sirvieron medio crudo o sangrado, aunque solicitamos que lo cocinen bien e inmediatamente lo hicieron.

Everything was great about the hotel besides the fact that you hear the airplanes fly over all day & night.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, but this last time the experience was terrible. Very overpriced for the quality. I had to change rooms three times because no hot water and the water would come out brown. The room was not very clean and the bed very uncomfortable and rough. The restaurant at the hotel is overpriced and really bad. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Excellent location

Great hotel option near Bogotá’s El Dorado airport. Free airport shuttle, clean and modern rooms, great dining options on-site, easy check-in and check-out. Free breakfast, even to-go if you have to check-out early. We would stay here again.

Muy bien servicio, y la habitación muy pensada en personas con movilidad reducida como era el caso de mi madre.

We got in late MidNight, the Registry was active, several personal registry working. Next morning Breakfast was very complete, ample choices of foods, fruits, drink, service and seating excellent, and the airport transfer service supperbe.

Convenient for overnight layover, great bed, only issue was water temp of shower was quite cool.

Nice hotel, close to airport, our flight was early so we ordered breakfast to go, which was not ready, but they were very flexible and quickly prepared our breakfast box

The AC does not work. Using the telephone requires a configuration that the front desk is not able to help with.

Surroundings

The Hotel is good enough. But there is a catch: 1) they should purchase new pillows, 2) there is only one garbage basket for every room (next to the toilet). Would be great to have another under the desk & 3) The hotel is ecological, green. Therefore, IT DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONER. There is a thermostat that can be adjusted cool to warm, with NO scale between. But it only blows air from the outside. Let’s remember that Bogotá is very fresh at night. So, don’t expect to set your air conditioner very cold. We did sleep but with a single sheet on. We had to take off the beds, all the comforters… BUT, having said that, the surround area invites you to walk around with total safety. Am I coming back? No. I’ll try another hotel with air conditioner…
