Pros: The room is very clean. Reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and wait staff are outstanding and you cant beat the view. Food is delicious. The beach is nice with towels and umbrella provided. Cons: the wifi is okay at best. The tv in the rooms seem to never have connection. The cooler items are a bit pricey if you drink/eat them. All in all its a awesome place to stay and would recommend to anyone and everyone. I cant wait for my next visit.

Hotel pulito, camera spaziosa e ben condizionata. Abbiamo utilizzato due volte il ristorante dell’albergo e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Cibo ottimo e personale attento. Da rivedere assolutamente la gestione della spiaggia che lascia un po’ perplessi sull’assegnazione degli ombrelloni. Il secondo giorno abbiamo dovuto insistere per avere un posizionamento accettabile in spiaggia dato che il nostro ombrellone, che ci avevano garantito per tutto il soggiorno, era stata improvvisamente ceduto a terzi senza alcuna spiegazione (un bug informatico a detta della responsabile).

Amazing breakfast, beautiful setting on the sea, all employees very professional and helpful.

Ridiculous load music and fireworks until 3:00am.

We stay here quite frequently so it always meets expectations!!! Great room overlooking the sea view and weekends are busy with a local crowd coming to the hotel making it very trendy !!! Breakfast is buffet style and staff are all terrific and keen to assist any requests!!

Det var et diskotek full musikk og bass til kl 02 på natta klarte ikke sove der,måtte rømme hotellet kveld to umulig å være på rommet😡😡 det dunket og blinket hele tiden😡vi kunne ikke snakke med hverandre, hørte ikke hva den andre sa. Skygge unna dette partyhitellet😡😡😡elendig service også 😡😡😡

On the surface, this appears a 4-star hotel. In reality, it is a beautiful looking events venue for locals with a 2-star hotel above it. I have never had a more unpleasant customer service experience. Ever. The breakfast had the worst croissants I’ve ever had in all of Italy. Their location is fantastic but I would recommend sleeping in your car over spending the night at this hotel.

Upon arriving there was large dance party with loud music that could be hear to the third floor. The crowd was so large you could not go onto the outdoor deck. The restaurant area was the same. No where to sit. We were taken to another area where wedding guests would be seated and had dinner. The subsequent days breakfast and dinners were excellent. Staff was gracious and caring. Limited parking but we were there on the shoulder season--no problem. This is a beach front hotel. There are really no other facilities for shopping etc. Need to head into Latina for this.

It was Great because we were on St. Valentines Day and they had a very special dinner with live music and the room was decorated with little paper hearts!

This is our 4th/5th stay here so it is a pleasure to be back at the Fogliano - from the moment of arrival - the reception team were extremely helpful and assisted on a car we need to have parked in their area. The rooms were great and with sea view. The restaurants and food very good and consistently so. It was nice sitting watching the sea from the lovely terrace even when the weather was a bit cl

This is a beautiful property and during the season for the beach it would be great. While we were there the area was pretty much closed down, but we came just to go to the museum in the area. The staff was GREAT! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was also very good. The 2 large complaints we had: The dining room is very upscale and comfortable looking, but the music was so harsh, with the base turned up or something, that it was uncomfortable which interfered with our dinner. There was a party and at 11:20 on a Monday night there was a fireworks display. This was a poor choice by management, we thought. I was sound asleep and scared awake, which is unsettling. I heard a business person complain about the disruption in sleep. Maybe a warning or do it earlier or something.

Excellent staff, clean rooms, we were upgraded to jacuzzi suite which made for a beautiful afternoon. Dinner and breakfast were the best in our two weeks in Italy. Outstanding!

La Suite était géniale, l'hôtel et le restaurant bar, le personnel également. Seul point noir, nous sommes arrivés le samedi soir et il y a eu une fête au bar très bruyante qui a un peu gâché notre nuit et donc forcément notre séjour mais à part cela très bel endroit.

Très bien.Mention spécial aux personnels.

Väldigt fint rum med fin utsikt, skön säng med sköna kuddar, stor bra dusch. Väldigt god frukost med mycket att välja på, gott kaffe och en god tillagad omelett eller äggröra. Det va lite störande musik när vi skulle sova men vi hade balkongdörren öppen så havet överröstade musiken
