Safe place-24/7 Front Desk Plenty parking Very clean Quiet The best is the STAFF Cuisine could improve, then market restaurant. Restaurant is dark and drab. Change tablecloths to white or soft yellow. Make more attractive with simple live flower centerpieces and battery candles. Female servers in restaurant and bar need to be much more attentive. They only stop by the table to take and bring orders. They don’t check in betweens to check for your needs. It was hard to get their attention to pay the bill. These are reasons why the bar could be losing money. They serve drinks and never return to offer food or more drinks. Dramatic difference with hotel reception staff. Add more vases with live flowers in reception room too. I will return to hotel but avoid restaurant and bar.

Old building, every floor was tiled and noisy. Also we had no hot water.

Chambre correcte, le petit déjeuner est très étriqué, vraiment ne vaut pas ce prix là. Une partie du personnel très aimable mais celle du petit-déjeuner, encore, vraiment pas aimable du tout

el unico problema es que tienen un segundo piso con habitaciones pero no tienen elevador

We forgot a bag. When we came back to get it some money was stolen from it. We report it to the reception, but probably they stolen it.

This was my third time staying here.It is very convenient, clean,and the staff is outstanding.

Parfait pour se reposer et découvrir la région. Très proche à pied des restaurants et autres boutiques de Boquete. Personnel très acceui5, très professionnel et prêt à vous aider quelque soit votre question. Le seul bémol est de ne pas pouvoir mettre le papier hygiénique dans les toilettes !

Todo muy bien. La única recomendación es que tengan agua para la venta después de las 10:00 pm.

Noche de karaoke los viernes hasta las 11pm. Desayuno incluido buena variedad y calidad. Cerca de todo.

Hemos repetido el hotel Ladera y ampluado estancia en nuestro viaje a Panama. Nos ha encantando la amibilidad y profesionalidad de todos los empleados, la limpieza y atenciones del hotel. Buena ubicacion. Lo recomiendo, y repetiria de nuevo sin volvemos a Panama.

El ersonal es muy atento y buen profesional. Todos nos han ayudado a planificar la estancia. Hemos decidido alargar mas noches porque nos ha gustado el hotel, comida y personal empleadas.
