Nice clean hotel, great location for what we needed for our stay

It was ok. Hallways and stairs need updating. Very odd that every single guest was required to have their ID copied. TV was broken/wonky. Not enough room in the breakfast room. Said they had gluten free bread but don’t think it was understood. Only Full english, or veggie/vegan breakfast on the menu, and nothing else seemed to be understood. Managed to get eggs but not with anything else so was still hungry. Not too noisy. Staff were friendly. Handy location for Emirates Stadium. Saved us a lot of travel issues.

Typical hotel standard in London. Nothing more, nothing less. Good value for the money!

This is a budget hotel and I was very pleased with the comfortable beds, clean linen and good supply of room service. The reception staff really helpful and friendly, well done to all the friendly ladies who served breakfast 👏 really lovely. It got hot and a fan was put in room without asking. Near bus, tube, convenient. Very good value. Well done.

So there is a lot to do nearby, which is great. I don't like how the hotel doesn't have a Lyft and really I didn't know before I booked. I booked it quite last minute and the staff were a little bit hesitant to help out with luggage even though they said to ring for assistance, which is what I did, and it was just really difficult. I had 2 luggages, it was really difficult. Taking them to the room every room you have to go through some stairs so I will not be staying there again. The bathrooms are also really, really tiny. The size of a bathroom Get in the caravan or when you go to a festival?And I just found that quite odd.. however, the hotel was very nice, he decorated and it's clean and it smells nice.So these were some elements , but I don't think I'd be able to stay there again

Friendly welcoming staff, room was clean, would recommend an eye mask as even with blind closed room still quite bright, walls are thin so also recommend ear plugs. But great breakfast made up for the poor sleep

Staff were very friendly and helpful and overall the place isn't bad at all for the price. Few issues with the doors being damaged and quite a large gap under them so it was incredibly noisy with other guests coming and going throughout the night.

The room was fine for a one night stay. Very basic but it did the job. I would not choose it if I was staying more than one night. An extra blanket in the room was something I could have done with. I arrived late at night and the room was very cold with no heat on. Check in and check out was good. Breakfast was very basic, I probably would not include it if I were to stay again. Staff were friendly and answered any queries I had. It was very convenient for me to be able to leave my luggage for a few hours after I had checked out. Ideal location to the tube and Emirates Stadium.

Staff great and friendly. Room was scruffy, carpet filthy dirty through hall ways and room needs deep clean. Room faces busy road had hardly any sleep.

Young girl on reception was very nice and very good at explaining how the hotel worked and did not require us to pay the hundred pound damage insurance fee which was definitely helpful. Overall the hotel was valued for money we just needed a place to sleep after the boxing that was convenient to Tottenham this was of course been better however we weren’t staying there for comfort with the inconvenience. Unfortunately we were in a rush in the morning to go but I thought the idea of doing cooked breakfast at order and coffee was very good considering it was I doubt I’ll ever be going to the stadium again because it’s so difficult to get back, but if I was, I would definitely choose this hotel again thank you very much.
