Väldigt bra boende, fräscha - med mycket hjälpsam personal. Mycket rent och fräscht och frukosten en av de bästa vi haft i Italien. Bra luftkonditionering. Liten promenad till centrum av Porto Ercole- men 10-15 minuter inga problem på kvällarna. Vi använde deras samarbetsstrand Feniglia 57 på dagarna dit de har en transer med en väldigt trevlig chaufför. Strandrestaurang bra och du kan välja enklare nivå eller med dukar. Vi provade båda, båda bra, men den enklare halva priset. Bra personal på stranden men lite väl irriterande om man valde fel toalett - så det kan hotellet gärna upplysa om.

Hotel carino con spazi comuni limitati. Piscine piccoline e con lettini/sdraio non sufficienti. Colazione buona. Camere spaziose, ben climatizzate e insonorizzate. Letti comodi. Niente accesso al mare, nessun posto negli stabilimenti comunque distanti riservato per gli ospiti.

We just left this past Tuesday. The staff was wonderful! They truly made our stay great and helped with an e-bike tour and a ride to the airport. This resort is wonderful! Such great views from the pool of the sea! Would highly recommend! Also the breakfast buffet is hands down a great experience and value!

The staff were exceptional, the room was spotless. The pool area was clean and plenty of loungers. I didn’t have the opportunity to eat at the restaurant but the breakfast was varied and the staff attentive

The property is beautiful and the staff are amazing. The owners of the property should be proud and lucky to have Francesca, she was incredible, very helpful helping us resolving any issue that came up. (renting a car, finding us transportation from and to the airport, recommending interesting places to visit just to mention a few). Food is great and the service is fantastic. We totally recommend the hotel.

The room was fabulous as was the staff. Francesca helped out at the front end suggesting great places to visit nearby. Samantha was the best! She served us breakfast with a smile every day but the one day she was off. She also served us drinks up by the pool. We loved staying here. The spa was closed for maintenance so we only were able to test it out our first day in. The pool was so beautiful but we wish it had been heated. It was very cold!
