This is not my first visit and it won't be my last. Location is good, hotel is good and staff are friendly. Whats not to like.

Comfortable room and good restaurant but closed Monday and Tuesday

Very helpful staff the food was good and the hotel was near the main bus station that takes you everywhere.and 10/10 for cleaning I definitely come back.👍

Great location! A few minutes from the bus stop and in the centre of Newport. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The continental breakfast was ok, the coffee was good. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and the food was amazing. Happy to recommend.

Great hotel.

For the price, this is the best place we've stayed on the Isle of Wight. We had room 3, which had a huge and very comfortable bed. The en-suite was large and had a bath. There were lots of toiletries and the tea/coffee station was well stocked. We also had the continental breakfast, which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend.

Very nice stay, great value! Super friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and huge bed, free wifi with no need to sign up anywhere, very tidy, comfy and big room. This is my new favourite Newport hotel by a wide margin!

Excellent quality for the cost, equivalent fee to travelodge but vastly superior

We have just spent Monday Night and Tuesday Night (12th and 13th June 2023) at Hewitt's. My sister and I were over on the island to sort out our older sister's funeral. Hewitt's was absolutely ideal for us to use as a base. The breakfast was mainly continental. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. There is no parking which wasn't a problem for us as our niece who lives on the island was picking us up everyday. Katie who looked after us was lovely and very helpful. I'm sure that we will stay again. Hewitt's was very quiet which is what we needed but I think it's because the restaurant wasn't open during our stay. All in all we had a lovely and restful stop here.

Very easy check in, rooms very clean and spacious and well presented, excellent location with good parking options, tucked away nicely with a beautiful outdoor space for eating or having a drink, excellent food, owners and all staff very friendly.

One night stay, nice big room with comfy beds

I was greeted on arrival and made very welcome.My bedroom was situated on the 1sf floor and was warm and very comfortable.The en-suite was adequate but needed some background heating.
