Always a good time at l'Esterel Resort. LOVE the place. It's my home away from home. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. Room amenities need upgrades.

The spa is amazing, and the room is well maintained and spacious. We had a very relaxing weekend there. Will come back

The room was beautiful; very spacious. The windows were large and was able to get a lot of sunlight. The room could have been a little bit more clean I did find two unusual things in there & a random room charge but it was resolved quickly with one phone call.other than that the hotel was fantastic. Staff were great, friendly, helpful and fully bilingual. I will definitely go back.

Room is nice, but the building is old needs renovation. Check in was extremely slow, took 1h to check in which was frustrating. Also the amenities are okay. I don’t think i would come back.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hot tubs and pool very comfortable and relaxing.

The mist sauna was broken, so we couldn’t use. Let us know when it’s fixed!

This property is a good choice for relaxation.

Hôtel idéalement situé au bord d’un lac Et à 1h10 de Montréal ! On y mange très bien et le spa est un plus. Activités extérieures possibles et multiples en mars Patinoire, balade en raquette, ski de fond, baignade Une chambre suite très grande et bien équipée avec son foyer au milieu qui apporte chaleur et douceur. Seul bémol le sol de notre chambre n’était pas du tout propre et il y avait bcp de saleté et gravillons. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très beau spas extérieurs pendant l’hiver . Resto le voilier excellent !

Peignoirs dans la chambre très utiles pour traverser l'hôtel et se rendre à l'espace spa. On s'attendait à un lit double escamotable, ce n'est pas ce qui était offert. Le 2e couchage était directement le divan dont l'assise équivaut peut-être à un lit double(semble plus petit). A convenu aux ados.

Les spas étaient très bien.

The spas and small snowshoeing trails on the property site were excellent for this retired couple. The restaurant staff and food at the Voilier were outstanding. The only disappointment was that despite contacting the staff on site and on the first morning of a 3 night stay, I was unable to book an appointment for a facial or massage. Furthermore, I was told that such appointments needed to be booked when reserving the stay. I had reserved the stay on the morning of our first evening at the hotel.

Le spa vaut la peine de s'installer a cet hotel. Accessible dès 7h le matin jusqu'à 23h.

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Le seul bémol concerne l’insonorisation des chambres, qui est insuffisante, ainsi que la qualité de l’air, qui laisse à désirer. Il est difficile de bien respirer dans la chambre.

Far from luxury, no room service available, no service in pools or jacuzzi, staff look tired and annoyed by any requests.
