We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Spain. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—there was a great variety of fresh, delicious options each morning, which set us up perfectly for the day. While the hotel itself met our expectations in terms of comfort and service, the surrounding area was not quite what we had hoped for. As more mature travelers, we tend to prefer a quieter, more upscale location, and this neighborhood felt a bit less refined than we would typically choose. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with an excellent breakfast, this hotel is a solid option. Just keep in mind the location may be better suited to those seeking a livelier, more casual setting.

Saubere zimmer und tolle lage mit dem bus nach palma nur 15min

I would say this was a great stay other than the cleaning of the rooms. It took 2 room changes on my arrival to find a room that was clean and not used, and I’m not usually the kind to person to complain, but if beds aren’t made and there is physical dirt all around the bathroom, i definitely want that cleaned. The all you can eat brunch was great! You could go in and out until 13:30 which was so helpful and gives you 2 meals for the day! Lots of options, other than fruit really. Wifi was good in the room, but not out by the pool. The staff were generally friendly, and check in on the pad was very easy. I would come and stay again as it was very close to the beach. Just be aware if you have a car, the parking is a nightmare.

Frühstück war sehr lecker und sehr schön dass es bis später serviert wird. Personal ist sehr freundlich, wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal hier, und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Hotel was easy to find and close to many shops and restaurants right by the beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The self service check in was very quick and easy to use. The rooms were clean, brunch had a good variety including things for picky eaters. The only downside was the lifts were quite slow and the room doors were very noisy however we had a great stay and look forward to staying in a tent hotel again in the near future.

Alles war gut, außer dass es zu kalt im Zimmer war und es gab keine Klimaregulierung.

It was a clean room and they often gave us new towels, emptied the bins and made the bed when we were out. They were very helpful getting us at taxi from the hotel which worked out way cheaper and it was 24/7. The brunch was lovely, you had variety of options from food and drinks to sweet and savoury. If I come back it would definitely be to stay here. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Location: Depends if you are coming to visit cathedral then it's bit far however you can catch bus or taxi. If the purpose is to enjoy on beach then the hotel is at good location. Cleaning: Bedding need to be changed daily , the sheet was same throughout our stay.

There was no where to have dinner and it was open to early as we couldn't use the pool or anything. The food was good. The bed hurt my back..

Sehr nette Aufnahme durchs Personal,

Optisch sehr schön renoviertes Hotel mit modernem Design. Leider funktionierten in meinem Zimmer weder Heizung noch warmes Wasser. Das Zimmer war entsprechend sehr kalt und Duschen nicht möglich. Auch die Umgebung ist wenig attraktiv und Parkplätze gibt es praktisch keine. Schön renoviert – aber ohne Heizung und warmes Wasser leider sehr enttäuschend.

Einchecken schwierig am Automat. Zimmer zweckmäßig. Frühstück ebenso Nix besonderes. Lage zwischen lauter Hochhäusern. Einfach Arenal. Draußen überall in der Nacht Geschrei von Besoffenen.

Tolles neues Hotel (scheint mir ein 70er-jahre Bau zu sein, der 2025 kernsaniert wurde). Unglaulich auswahlreiches und tolles Frühstück, hab ich in deutlich teuerern Hotels so nicht gesehn.
