Was nicer than expected

The man that handled our check in was excellent. He was extremely professional, courteous and had a service first attitude. I walked away thinking he should be teaching courses on service and hospitality!

Staff was excellent and super friendly

The staff was great and very accommodating. Breakfast was ok. Selection was good.

Great beds, shower pressure, clean, kind, good breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was horrible for me because of the greasy bacon and same food all week . I think they should be allowed to have fresh fried potatoes, fresh cut up fruit, sausage sometimes and fresh oatmeal, Thiis iis the fault of Comfort Inns and not this hotel.., The workers there are very nice and will come back with my own food.next time.

The pool ad spa were under construction and were set to reopen on the 15th but was still closed when we arrived and for the duration of our stay. We specifically chose to stay here for the pool and spa.

This hotel was ok, room was clean, breakfast was good. However, upon arrival we discovered that the swimming pool and hot tub area was closed due to renovations. I specifically looked online to book a hotel which has pool and hot tub. Most hotels had notice that their pool area is closed due to renovations, but this hotel didn’t have such a notice so I was very exited to book it. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived and found it closed. Very disappointed.

Clean and quiet, very friendly staff.

Every time that I stay there, all the employees are so polite and courteous. The rooms are clean the lobby. The hallways are all very nice. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The night manager who checked us in was amazing. She was kind and considerate made our stay wonderful.

We had multiple family members staying for a funeral. The staff were very supportive and helpful!

The bed was comfy, room was quiet, the breakfast wasn't very good. Eggs were probably from powdered, muffin was a bit stale. Only coffee available was in the lobby in a keurig type appliance that I had to add water to. No real cream for coffee

The front lobby hostess was really friendly and pleasant

Been here twice and it’s been great both times. Still haven’t tried the breakfast, as it looks extremely basic (true continental).
