Incredible! Highly recommend the BELMOND experience for Cusco. It is right in the city centre and has such great history attached to it. I also recommend the spa, we did the three hour mother / daughter experience and loved it.

Our stay in Cusco was already great and it got even better when we checked in at Belmond Nazarenas... the hotel is incredible, very well located and with a super attentive staff. Our suite, facing the pool, was huge and very comfortable. It's a place to come back to many times...

Beautiful hotel as well as the service but we had a problem with the water in the shower. It has changed from hot to cold and we couldn’t do anything.that was annoying

Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved.

The experience was so unreal, Edgar, Fredy, Irvin, Jose, Sheyla, Daniel, literally everyone were AMAZING. I have visited a lot of countries and this was by far the best experience was staying here. They are so attentive to EVERYTHING it’s so much. Would give it 10 stars if I could

Peaceful and impeccable grounds and unsurpassed service Unexpected luxury in middle of Cuzco. Walking distance to shopping. Superb dining at hotel and at sister hotel Monesterio right next door. Can’t go wrong! Stayed here before traveling out to Machu Picchu. Hotel is a relaxing vacation in and of itself.

I have stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world. This is not a new hotel but was probably over 200 years old. The hotel has been updated to modern standards in every aspect. Their attention to detail is the best I have ever seen. Ask for something, there is someone willing to get what you need In a matter of 2-3 minutes. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! In fact we will be hotel guest again in a few Days.

Very relaxing hotel, excellent service and a great location. Perfect place to recover for a few days after a week of high altitude hiking interspersed with sleeping in a tent!

I love this place so much. Every staff is kind, makes you feel like home. Special thanks to Jhontan for meeting our requirements and helping us carry our luggage to another hotel; thanks Saul for teaching us how to make pisco sour. I hope I can go back to this place in the future.

Incredible staff and our stay was perfect. The place was clean, safe and beautiful! We enjoyed every moment from the room, dining and spa. The staff was incredibly attentive to every need, Omar, Daniel, Edgar, Sheyla and the gentleman who checked us in and helped with our daily arrangements/trips. The entire staff was perfect!
