La camera era fredda e non si riusciva a gestire il riscaldamento. Il ristorante è molto dozzinale, il servizio non è professionale. La colazione è scarsa non c’erano cornetti/brioche ma solo dei saccottini con la marmellata, mancavano i piatti ed alcuni erano anche sporchi.

Recently stayed at Hotel Michelangelo Palace in Terni, and my experience was largely positive. Here’s a breakdown of my stay:Location: The hotel is conveniently located right across from the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers arriving by train. It’s also a great base for exploring the beautiful Umbria region.Accommodation: My room was spacious and clean, featuring modern amenities that made for a comfortable stay. While the decor felt a bit dated, the room was well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after exploring the city.Facilities: One of the highlights was the wellness area. I enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, which were perfect for relaxation. The gym was adequately equipped, and the rooftop terrace restaurant offered stunning views along with delicious Umbrian cuisine. Breakfast was a treat, with a variety of options catering to both sweet and savory tastes.Service: The staff at Michelangelo Palace were incredibly friendly and attentive. From the check-in process to any requests I had during my stay, everyone was professional and eager to help, which enhanced the overall experience.Area for Improvement: Although my stay was enjoyable, the hotel could benefit from updating some of its decor to make the ambiance feel fresher. Bra läge vid infarten till centrum, trevlig personal och fin restaurang på taket!

Perfekt läge vid järnvägsstationen och gångavstånd till stadskärnan. Lite slitet, fuktskada i vårt rum. Drog ner att frukosten var nästan tom när vi kom vid 8-tiden en söndagsmorgon. Hann tyvärr ej prova spaet men det vore en fin service. Mycket hjälpsam personal.

Good location (100m) to train station. Entry stairs are a problem with luggage. Breakfast service is spotty. Foods are not restocked.

Comodo per il centro e fronte stazione; personale gentile; parcheggio in loco. Non modernissimo ma funzionale.

Tres beau spa tout neuv

We were there for a night while traveling between destinations for business. The place was decent and the people were friendly. The rooms could’ve been cleaner. Overall a decent place for a short stay.

Hotellet ligger lätt åtkomligt med bil när man kommer från Rom och ska jobba i Terni. Gratis rymlig parkeringsplats i direkt anslutning till hotellentrén är en stor fördel. Språkkunskaperna utöver Italienska är sparsamma. Coronarestriktionerna gör troligtvis inte frukosten och övrig service/utbud rättvisa.

Bell’hotel, datato ovviamente di altri tempi ma sempre prestigioso centralissimo comodo e funzionale. Torneremo!

Hotel in buona posizione, vicino alla stazione e al centro città. La struttura è un po’ datata e le stanze sono un po’ vecchiotte. All’ultimo piano dell’hotel c’è un discreto ristorante.

Un bellissimo hotel in città, servizio ottimo, camere molto confortevoli e colazione “favolosa”... bella anche la piscina, buona posizione è vicino al centro, facile da raggiungere in auto, con garage comodissimo... lo consiglio a tutti!....
