En general todo ha estado bien, como era de esperar en un hotel 4 estrellas de playa. La recepción correcta aunque eche en falta una sonrisa en el checking Las habitaciones limpias, camas grandes, el pasillo del final de la cama un poco justo. Tenía nevera, y una botella de agua de cortesía. El servicio agradable en general, comedor, camareras, limpiadoras… unos más amables que otros pero bien en general. Había actividades de animación, que aunque no hicimos uso de ellas se veían bien. Así que en general bien, sin llegar a ser excelente, Pero era lo que esperaba. Podría volver a ese lugar y recomendarlo.

Très bel accueil, literie confortable mais 2 lits 2 places côte à côte, dommage. Petit déjeuner varié.

Estacionamiento limitado

Very pleasant hotel, very clean with friendly, respectful staff. Rooms are very basic with extremely hard mattresses. There are no extras in the room, such as coffee/tea making facilities, and no iron or ironing board in any of the rooms. Air conditioning worked, but certainly wasn't cold or powerful enough.

Stayed 3 nights. Had 2 double beds pushed together so plenty of room! Great shower! Very clean room and bathroom. Rooms overlooking pool had sun on them all day. Rooms overlooking road were shady most of the day. Only criticism was our air con although working didnt throw out cold air. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Doors opened to pool area so towels werent on sunbeds at 6am. Still had the problem of people laying towels out and disappearing for the day. Good entertainment throughout day and during evenings poolside with decent priced bar. Decent lifts in hotel, totally accessible throughout. Seperate area for charging and storing mobility scooters Breakfast served between 8-10am, large selection to eat but hot food was just warm. Bus stop immediately outside hotel which takes you to Salou, Cambrils, Reus and Barcelona Airport. Great location hotel with eateries within 2 mins, shops and bars 5 mins walk and beach 10 mins walk. Hotel good for couples and/or families Would definitely return to the hotel if visiting again and would definitely recommend

Really nice stay. Clean and modern hotel. Dining is a really large buffet for each breakfast, dinner, lunch. Pool is cold and not that big but ideal for a dip. Will visit again

Restauration pas hygiénique chambre et salle

Totally disaster from check in to check out. Rude reception staff, worse wifi, dirty room, no coffee facilities in the room until breakfast, parking paid 18 euro per day very small parking place which bring me to damage in my car. Not worth for money and not at all 4 stars facilities.

Great location but felt calm compared to the area it was in so a lovely place to come back to and relax.

Rooms modern and clean. Had everything we needed and some complimentary drinks in the fridge. Breakfast has a good selection of foods available. Pool is small but nice. Not enough sunbeds though. Didnt eat lunch or dinner in the hotel. Great location, close to a supermarket and bars. 10 minute walk to the beach

Todo perfecto, hotel tranquilo, con buenas instalaciones. Buena comida, el único pero es que enseguida está fría. Pero en general muy bien.

No iron. Couldn't iron my belongings.

Hotel Review This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I would even call it a motel! It doesn't deserve any stars at all. My family and I were supposed to stay for two days, but we barely managed to endure one night. We were in a desperate situation and needed to sleep after a long flight. The room was small and in dire need of renovation. The towels had yellow stains, and when we asked for replacements, we were given slightly cleaner ones. The toilet and bathtub were also stained, and there were hairs on the walls from previous guests. We initially thought the pillows on the beds were decorative, but the reception explained that the thin, long pillows were standard. The mattress was extremely hard. The water in the pool looked cloudy, so we didn't feel like swimming in it. After reading reviews from past guests about food poisoning, we decided not to try the hotel's food. The only positive aspect of the hotel was the staff, who were very responsive and friendly.

Everything was good.

Kurz zusammengefasst: Zimmer hat alles was man für einen urlaub braucht Hotel sauber und relativ modern Essen eintönig aber gut Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent Hotelgäste 90% Engländer, die nichts anderes gemacht haben, wie kinder morgens rauszuschicken, um Poolliegen mit handtücher zu belegen und nach dem frühstück ein bier nach dem anderen zu trinken. Respektloses Verhalten zu anderen Gästen. servicepersonal und Rettungsschwimmer. Highlight war für uns die Animateurin Mariajo, die es mit ihren spiel- und Spaßangeboten geschafft hat, uns täglich aufs Neue zu unterhalten. Salou sehr touristenlastig und Mitarbeiter wie Kellner, Verkäufer..... sehr aufdringlich Ansonsten aber sehr schöne strände/Buchten und tolles Wasser Fazit von uns: 1x salou reicht

Ottimo hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di Salou. Pulitissimo, nuovo, con un ottimo staff! Camere non ben insonorizzate, ma letti comodissimi, quindi ci si addormentava comunque tranquilli! Buon cibo al buffet, ottimi cocktail al bar! Sicuramente un’ottima struttura in cui tornare!

Garage i källaren med hiss direkt upp till hotellets alla våningar. Bekvämt med hiss och stora p-platser, men trångt att köra in bilen som ändå bara är 4,50 lång. Dessutom kostade parkeringen 18€. Bra med balkong där det fanns 2 stolar och ett litet bord. Inga stolar i rummet som till störst delen upptogs av två onödigt breda sängar. Bra med minibarkyl på rummet. Riklig frukostbuffé med gott kaffe väldigt bra äggröra, och en kock som gjorde den omelett du ville ha. Fem minuters promenad till de centrala delarna. Bra hotell men inte optimalt för den som bilar.
