Gem of a hotel, ideal location, rooms are typical of all hotels - modern and clean. Staff all very friendly. Dining room/restaurant is quite small & can get very busy - but staff ensure you get a table promptly (we never had to wait, some did for 4 or more)! Food was faultless. Great choice & replenished often. Enjoyed breakfast & evening meals at the Flash. Pool area was great with some entertainment. Pool bar only allows plastic cups which they charge you 1€ extra for. **Tip** Bring cups back to room end of day to save you paying every day. Just present next day, they always give you a fresh one

Breakfast quality of food wasn't what i expected from a 4☆ plus hotel stayed in other hotels in benidorm with similar ratings and food was superior. Shampoo/shower gel wasn't replenished and was diluted.

Good hotel with a great location close to all entertainment in Benidorm. Room was clean and a reasonable size. Breakfast was very good with British bacon. Lunch/dinner was decent with sufficient choice. The hotel was good value for money given its location.

Food not good ended up eating out staff never smiled in restaurant if you didn't want a drink at dinner time they couldn't wait to snatch the glasses off the table .

Good points: Clean room with a good view. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast . Good location. Good bar area. Bad points : Night staff rude and disrespectful and incompetent . All tea and coffee in the room was extra cost. All water was extra cost. All drinks machines turned off for evening meals. Very limited gluten free options ( bread roll and a brownie ) Unreliable elevators . Don’t expect much sun on the pool. With just a few tweaks it could be a good hotel but the penny pinching let it down for us .

Beautiful and spacious room. Mini 'fridge and great view. Spotlessly clean. Large wardrobe with full length mirror. Modern and spacious bathroom. Great communal areas and very good and wide menu in Restaurant. Hotel is in great location in Benidorm.

We really enjoyed the hotel and we had a nice day and we’re definitely come back again. The only thing let it down for us was the cleaner. Our rooms was not that good. She never cleaned balcony and there was errors on the floor from the previous occupier, apart from that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

I would recommend more focus on cleaning in general (rooms, corridor, elevators etc). Second recommendation is to handle food proper way. Watermelon should not taste onion. Cold food should not be warm etc.

Perfect location and gd food in hotel

Great location if you want to be right by the strip. Wouldn't recommend this for a couples or relaxing holiday. Not for fussy eaters, the food could have been a lot better. Melissa in the dining room was lovely and always served us with a smile! Bar staff are nice, but they need more people working as you end up queuing for a drink. Activities are advertised by the pool but we didn't see any for the 5 days we were there.

Oscar booked us in and we were upgraded which was nice , we were on 9th floor at the front could see the sea too and opposite Morgan’s , but noisy at night but didn’t bother us , food was ok my friend was gluten free not great selection but staff tried to accommodate with cereal n bread. Had a great stay staff friendly n approachable

Great hotel great breakfast pool area very good ..one thing i thought could be better kettle in room and enough coffee and milk for 1 cup each ....so just a tip if you like a coffee grab a milk from the shop and use the coffee and sugar sachets available at breakfast ...iverall though great hotel and we will be back
