Great location and easy free parking which is always a bonus. The room was great and the best thing was the welcome where a lovely member of the team took the time to explain everything in person. This was absolutely brilliant, and whatever they didn't say was in a very well designed user manual/handbook. I would say excellent in every way!

A great location on our way to Brighton. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The evening meals and breakfast were both delicious with great presentation. A lovely setting. It was an incredibly hot night and a fan aided sleep. Would definitely return.

Lovely staff and clean room. A little small and tired but fine for one night. Breakfast was tasty and quick. Shower was lacking in pressure but useable. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly welcome, helpful staff, Jess explained door code for after hours access and organised a breakfast tray because I had an early flight. Superb value for money and I would happily recommend to anyone. Handy for Gatwick.

Wanted to stay in Cuckfield and this was right there. Lovely little inn. Very friendly. Comfy bed. No Ac but that’s ok we survived. Excellent food. Small town inn charm. Loved it.

Booked the budget single room but it was spotlessly clean and everything worked well from the TV to the bath (no shower just a hand held shower for hair). Friendly team and the Sunday roast dinner plus breakfast were nicely cooked. Decent car park and beer too. Thank you

Charming Inn in a beautiful little village in Sussex.

Enjoyed a short break over night stay room comfortable and clean - staff welcoming and helpful - bar had a good range of beers on tap enjoyed and excellent breakfast which was included in a great value price - would look to stay again if we had to fly out of Gatwick

sympa, mais bruyant, la chambre donnait sur la rue et comme il n’y a pas de climatisation, il faut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, c’est un peu dommage

Really enjoyed this place. The food and service were very good. Comfortable bed and very clean. My only problem was the noise from the road it was very busy and still traffic through the night.

Great pub for a good weekend break Staff was amazing

Very disappointed. Stayed here two nights. I woke up itching after the first night. Didn't think too much about it but after my second night I realised there was an issue.. my legs and arms have the evidence of bites(see pics) Informed the manager but she didnt seemed concerned with me, but said she would look into it! I was intending to extend my stay but didnt feel comfortable with it. After Informing her discretely to the matter her reply, or lack of it, prompted me to the review.. Very disappointed customer😞 Shame as the location is great

Smart clean single room. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Lovely cooked breakfast. Plenty of choice including full English, kippers, cereals, fruit etc. Plenty of free parking places on the premises.

Large carpark which was very convenient . We had a very friendly professional welcome by a staff member who was expecting us. Warm room, It was frosty overnight. We had a very tasty dinner and breakfast.
