Staff was lovely. Breakfast was very good and rooms were nice. Walkable to the pedestrian shopping area. We loved our stay!

Nydelig villa i rolig del av Anacapri. Ca 10 minutter å gå fra Anacapri sentrum. Superior rom er romslig med balkong med nydelig utsikt. Personalet er hyggelig, imøtekommende og gi god service. Frokost er nydelig med litt forskjellige å velge i mellom, ikke bare croissant og kaffe. Vil bo her igjen neste gang vi er i området.

The breakfast was good with a selection of dishes. Not a lot, both enough. definitely take a shuttle to the sister hotel for the pool and restaurant. The food was amazing! The staff were really nice!! Loved our rooms size and terrace. Also, located walking distance from town and the bus stop. Would definitely stay here again!

Points forts: Bel établissement propre et bien entretenu. Beaucoup de paysagement extérieur et décorations magnifiques. Personnel serviable, attentif et disponible (réception 24h). Très bon petit déjeuner frais avec beaucoup de variétés. À distance raisonnable de marche du centre d'Anacapri, à distance d'arrêts d'autobus. Chambre grande et propre. Salle de bain spacieuse avec produits en grande quantité pour la durée du séjour (shampoing, savon, serviettes). Points faibles: il n'y avait pas de piscine tel qu'annoncé sur le site d'Expédia, il y avait seulement un spa/bain remous extérieur. De plus, outre le petit déjeuner, il n'y avait pas de restaurant sur place. Le matelas n'était pas confortable, on pouvait ressentir les ressors et les grincements de ceux-ci au moindre mouvement.

We loved our stay here.

We were disappointed to learn upon arrival there is no pool or restaurant onsite. They only offer a shuttle to an offsite location which is a restaurant and public pool that charges15 euro per person to use, even if you’re a guest of the hotel. We took the shuttle to find the pool was open to the public and there was a large kids birthday party. It was crowded, loud and chaotic. Definitely not the relaxing experience we hoped for when booking this location. When we asked to make a reservation at the restaurant, the lady at the front desk was very rude and said they weren’t answering the phone and she couldn’t help us, so we didn’t bother to try again during our stay. Once we expressed our disappointment in the situation, the person managing the front desk was extremely rude for the remainder of our stay. Never greeting us as we entered and this is a very small property with our room being just past her desk. This behavior made for an awkward and unwelcoming experience for us. The property itself is nice but it’s very inconveniently located to not offer the amenities described. Had we known, we never would have chosen this location. We met other unhappy guests who were frustrated about the lack of onsite restaurant as well. Anacapri is beautiful, but I do not recommend staying at this property.

I had to deduct a star because of the misleading property description on Hotels.com. This property does NOT have a pool, it does NOT have a restaurant. Apparently there is an" offsite" pool for 16 euro(each?) and an offsite restaurant. I specifically wanted a hotel with a pool. Having said that the hotel itself was great. Very nice room with an awesome view, everything looked very new and very clean. The grounds were very nice and well maintained and the hot tub was pretty nice( but not a pool).

Good service

The breakfast was great, staff were great, room was great. There is no pool at this property despite it being in the Expedia description. The pool is at the sister hotel and can be accessed by shuttle and a $16 Euro fee per person. There is only a hot tub on site which is open until midnight. Also the VIP is listed as a $20 euro food and beverage credit is actually a credit for the mini bar in the room. The only restaurant on site is for breakfast only. The restaurant at the sister hotel is excellent. Also, it says that there is a shuttle, but it is only a shuttle to the sister hotel, nowhere else. Everything else was excellent. The area is very walkable to the streets with excellent restaurants and shops, walkable to the chair lift to the top of the mountain. Anacapri is the place to stay, much less busy and quieter (although still very busy) than Capri and the port

Professional and friendly staff, nice room, beautiful garden, quick help with guests’ request for a taxi. We just wish that we have booked the place for more than the only one day that we needed. We will definitely book there again, and will recommend it to family and friends.

Τέλεια διαμονή, το μέρος πολύ όμορφο,ιδανικό για χαλάρωση. Το πρωινό αρκετά καλό. Το δωμάτιο είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα προϊόντα περιποίησης και ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο! Θα το ξαναπροτιμουσα σίγουρα αν βρεθώ στο νησί

O quarto que ficamos é amplo e dispunha de dois banheiros, o que era muito bom. No andar superior havia uma cama de casal extra grande muito confortável. Mas no andar inferior eram dois sofás camas nada confortáveis. Há uma jacuzzi muito boa na área externa. Os funcionários foram muito educados e atenciosos. O café da manhã estava muito bom. O Wi-Fi não é muito bom e o hotel fica um pouco distante do ponto de ônibus.

部屋は綺麗でした。 朝食はシンプルでしたがおいしかったです。 青の洞窟のバス停がすぐ近くにあり便利でした。

My Stay was really good.

The hotel is beautiful; it is a relaxing retreat. However, it is located in anacapri which is more where locals reside. There isn't much to do and inconvenient if wanting to spend most of your time in capri city center or by the beach.
