We stayed for 10 nights and we are very disappointed in using hotels.com that have rated such a hotel to be a good hotel.
Overalthe service was very terrible. First, the room was dusty. Second, the bathtub was always clogged. Third, despite paying for breakfast for 10 nights, we never used had breakfast.
As you might have seen from my hotel reservations on your hotels.com site, I travel a lot and it seem other hotel booking sites’ present a fair and better hotel offer than you.
Accordingly, I am going to stop using hotels.com for my hotel reservations and switch to a different platform.
