Nice place to stay, spacious rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. But very hard bed. Room temperature too high, not adjustable except by opening the window. That is the case in most hotels in Kazakhstan

Friendly staff and pretty good conditions, but not 5 stars, for instance there were no coffee or coffee machine in my room, the bath drain did not work properly, my room was rated Superior King Room but I don't consider it to be "Superior" or "King"

Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)

We thought we would have a relaxing stay, but it turns out the hotel is super noisy when there is a party going on in the restaurant. The bass was booming and bumping until 100 in the morning. The beds are old and not supportive. Only a few of the tv channels come in clearly. The breakfast buffet is low quality and food is not tasty. Pastries were hard and bacon was underdone. Chinese restaurant was ok tasting, but overpriced. Overall, this hotel is about 3.5 stars.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Comparable to a mat on the floor. Everything else was excellent.

I was on a business trip and chose the hotel for the location as it is located in the business city center. Comfortable room with good amenities, quiet despite being close to a busy road, well balanced air conditioning. Very professional and friendly staff. I requested milk for tea and early breakfast - all was done without problem. In overall a very pleasant stay.

We went for a relaxing New Year, we got this, the hotel was not busy but all facilities were operating normally over the holiday season (great night in Le Mansard restaurant on New Tears Eve). The staff were very pleasant, the breakfast very good, room service was very efficient. A nice SPA / Sauna on new years day, the only let down was I think the ventilation and or location of our room there was a smell from the kitchens (food being cooked)apart from that, a bargain break in a very nice hotel (we didn't mention this to the staff as we thought it would disappear) as it only occurred on the Saturday (our last day).

This hotel is beautiful and the service staff is very good. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast is very good and there are some excellent restaurants and good shopping in the immediate area. I would have given the hotel a 5-star rating except for the extremely hard beds.
