Amazing staff

Interesting finding how the light system worked with key card. Property beautiful, Food excellent. Low on amenities in the bathroom but that was okay. Just need to be prepared. Will hopefully be able to go back and enjoy the property and the location

Stayed in the cabanas, enjoyed the screened in balcony, great views over town and jungle. Pool and restaurant are fun, good food and drinks, fun vibe. The Cahal Pech ruin next door while small is engaging, lots of rooms and corridors to explore.

I have been coming back to Cahal Pech resort for every year and seen this place worn down by time… Very sad. Bernadette in the front desk is very helpful. All staff are friendly. The view keeps me staying, but other amenities are very old and everything is overpriced. Lots of bugs in my room.

It was good, some little issues like internet WiFi no too good. Showers need a little more maintenance. In general it was ok.

Where do we begin? The front desk staff was amazing. Checked in quick and hit the pool. Views are stunning. Aight the food was stellar too. Bartenders? All of em are on point. Mike, Harim and Edison were absolutely amazing. Pretty sure the lady behind the bar cheats at Uno tho!😂😂😂 ok let’s go to excursions. Ask for Ian Grajalez!!! The highlight of our 11 day vacation and we went to the beach for six days. This dude rules. Informative, funny and an all around great guy! He was our ride all the way back to Belize 🇧🇿 Ciry and it was awesome! This guy needs a raise! All in all I would stay here again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Brenda and Christian at the front desk were the most helpful smiling faces. Very professional and efficient. I had a foot massage with Veronica that was almost spiritual. She was excellent and it was so calming. I got exactly what I was looking for at Cahal Pech Village resort, peace, quiet and tranquility.

Great location, great views, great staff. The bar and the restaurant are super nice, the staff rocks.

The resort is beautiful, with an amazing pool but no umbrellas for guest to use. Belize is super hot and the room was an oven every time we returned because once you remove the key from the socket you had to place it in, in order for the fan and air condition to work. They wouldn’t even give me an extra key to leave in the power thing to have the room cool for us to have a good night rest. Couple nights we got to the room and it smelled really bad like the sewer back up and the scent was coming into the room. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel has the best view of the entire town and I would still recommend you to stay there. Just saying what we experienced and perhaps this will be addressed.

Wonderful stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially with transportation. Beautiful cabanas and delicious food and drinks!

Everything was wonderful. Clean basic rooms. Staff and all tour guides were extremely helpful and friendly. Food was great. The only thing I wished we had was like a mini cooler or fridge or something in the room for storage. Outside of that, awesome.

The best place for a home base for lots of exploring. Staff was exceptional, food was amazing and affordable. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved our stay at Cahal pech, our cabana was nice and air conditioned, airy in the evenings and clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cahel Pech is a great affordable option in San Ignacio. The pool setup is a fun amenity and meals were delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel was happy to set us up with tours and local drivers too. On a Saturday night, the local town partied loudly until 3am but I can't really fault the hotel for that. The room could be improved with a new mattress and pillows. The view of the town is super nice and there's even a local bunny that is super friendly! Staff is top notch.
