Breakfast needs to be warm I took mine back to my room to microwave it we would get there at 7am and the food was always cold especially the sausage otherwise everything was very good

Needs better pillows & quieter air conditioner

We brought our dog and was perfect for a baseball weekend. A little noisy by highway.

Staff greeted you and was friendly! They asked if their was anything that you needed to let them know.

The stay room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was a tad small for my husband. I thought the swimming pool and hot tub could have used some work. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for a family funeral, and the experience was very upsetting. The first room I was given had a strong, unpleasant odor, so I politely asked to switch rooms. A front desk staff member named Mike became extremely rude about it. He later threatened to remove me from the hotel, claiming my reservation was only for one guest — even though we were not over the room capacity and had done nothing wrong.

It was a nice stay. It was clean, but definitely an older hotel with not a lot of bells and whistles or eye appeal. But a good place to stay for a couple nights. Owners/staff were very friendly.

I really appreciated the customer service. I made a mistake and booked the wrong size room. They were very understanding and helpful.

For one night quick stay its good.

Very clean. I was by myself and felt super safe. The door had 2 extra locks. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I could not have been happier This is absolutely where I will stay on my next trip

Dirty carpeting, musky smelling rooms and breakfast was gone by 7:30am and no one was refilling it.

The faucet in our room did not turn off easily. We had to play with the faucet every time we used it to get it to turn off. Otherwise, very nice stay.

Awesome quiet hotel with a pool, hot tub, sauna and a decent fitness room. Room furniture with a little cosmetic wear and tear, but exceptionally comfortable bed. Plenty of outlets. Good water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Basic breakfast service in the morning (selections limited to waffles, cereal, toast, or scrambled eggs). Great value for the price!

Easy to get to from the Interstate. Plenty of parking, and well lit parking lot. Clean and well kept. Mattress was a bit soft otherwise everything was great.

Piping hot shower, clean room, nice pool and hot tub area.

Staff was all very friendly and the check-in/out process was really easy - I enjoyed most of it could be done beforehand online too. The room was clean and had a really nice "atmosphere" to it, and the bathroom/shower products provided were name-brand (Dove). There were a lot of choices for the continental breakfast, even offering sugar-free syrup for the waffles along with fruit, cereal, mini muffins, yogurt etc. (Pretty much most breakfast foods.) We were pleasantly surprised to find the pool was actually rather warm, and the pool area was kept clean and stocked with towels. It was also nice that the hotel is located just off the highway with quite a few restaurants for various cuisines right by, a lot of them within walking distance.

A comfortable stay in a clean, well-kept facility. Nothing fancy; I'd stay there again. Person behind the desk was quite curtious and helpful.
