A wonderful, off-the-beaten path experience away from all the tourists.

This is an amazing place if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of regular hotels. Please note that there is no TV in the room which was exactly what I wanted. This is a wellness retreat hotel that offers two classes, a day included in the price of the booking . They range from ukulele lesson, to hula dances, yoga, and chi gong lessons. The breakfast is quite nice, you can pre-order lunch for the next day if you like however the restaurant is only open twice a week at this point. The food at the restaurant is exquisite.

Peaceful quiet and inviting away from busy town

The natural beauty on these historic grounds is astonishing!! The Lumeria staff was delightful especially Lordes at reception & dining staff!

Lumeria it’s such an amazing experience. There is such a Zen feeling when you walk in and the grounds are beautiful. The service is friendly and you feel like you are in another world away from the real world. I would highly recommend the area and I wish I had more time to spend there so we could take some of the classes that they offer during the day… this is a place for refuge and a place to get away from it all!!

Very peaceful!

Beautiful property and spacious historic rooms. Breakfast was great, lots of healthy options.

I was not aware of additional charges ahead of time. It was a bit surprise for me. I wish this infor had beed provided before I make the reservations. The breakfast was much much better than the last 2 times I stayed there. Thanks

Absolutely beautiful

It was AMAZING. Thank you so much. The perfect little boutique style getaway. No elevators, no sea of people or hallways to navigate, tastefully decorated rooms with real furniture and lots of wood. Loved it!

Beautiful holistic grounds. Friendly staff. Yummy breakfast. Many 5 stars but a few things move it to 4 The Lobby was musty in smell, like grandma s house. The dinner was not available when we were there.

Amazing property but super noisy

This place is very peaceful. From the minute we drove in we felt tranquility come upon us. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

This is a special place with an Old Hawaiaan vibe in an updates setting. The ground are gorgeous. We didn't get to stay long but it's on my list of places to returrn. Excellent breakfast and just so relaxing.

Ive stayed at Lumeria a number of times. Always beautiful.

The property is getting old

Our stay at Lumeria was so much better than expected, and our expectations weren't particularly low. We absolutely loved the diversity of outdoor spaces -- the saltwater pool and hot tub, the hammocks in the trees, the meditation huts and labyrinth, the fire pits, and the porch outside of our room. The free breakfast was delicious and varied. My husband was concerned that too many of the food offerings would be "healthy", but there was a great mix of fresh fruit, eggs, sausage / bacon, and a daily changing special. Our room (a Deluxe Room with a Garden View) was spacious and perfect for two. The high ceilings, dark wood, and amazing shower (the room didn't have a bathtub) added elegance. The air-conditioning was more than adequate for cooling the space. I participated in a few meditation / yoga classes, which were great. From some of the communication, I was concerned that attending classes (something my husband wasn't going to be into) was required, but there was no pressure at all for us to attend classes. We would definitely stay here again. While only 20 minutes from the airport, Lumeria was an incredibly peaceful getaway.
