The triple room was very small with no balcony - we ended up paying to upgrade. Also the pool is in an orangery (with slide open doors and pull back roof) which I think isn’t made too clear. But otherwise it was lovely

Loved our stay here. It’s in a great location, walking distance to the center of Palma, with stunning views overlooking the Marina. It’s a great base for exploring Palma itself and the rest of Mallorca.

This hotel has an amazing location right on the harbour. I recommended getting a sea view room with balcony so you can enjoy the twinkling nights at night and the beautiful bright mornings watching the boat trips and kayaking in the harbour. Loved the generosity of a free small bottle of fizz and a voucher for a glass of sangria in the room on arrival. Fantastic breakfast with lots of local food to try and good vegan/vegi options. We All the staff were really friendly and the room was spotlessly clean with a really comfy bed. To be honest we’re delighted with this hotel and it really helped us enjoy a great few days in beautiful Palma. 100% recommended!

Double Sea View Room. I will qualify this by saying that it may just be us, but at this price point we expected much better. Perhaps for this location it's more of a budget hotel? They put us on the first floor (one up from street level). Really lousy view, trees, cars, 2 light poles shining into our room, but you can see the boats. Being so low we saw almost no horizon and really no view (definitely better than facing another building, but we wouldn't consider it a "Sea View"). Being so low, lots of road noise but they have double patio doors which block most of it, if you are happy to keep them closed. Everyday we had sewer gas entering the room from the shower drain; covering it with a plastic bag and bath mat helped but didn't eliminate the problem. With a connecting door to the adjacent room you can clearly hear conversations and even snoring, but the neighbours were pretty good. Also some plumbing noises from other rooms. We stayed at 3 other hotels on Menorca and Mallorca, this was the most expensive and the only one without a Nespresso machine. In fairness we knew that in advance, but it would be an improvement. We hate writing negative reviews, and again, perhaps we expected too much. Hope it helps.

The rooms were clean and well presented with clean towels and beds linen every day. All the staff were polite and friendly The reception staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist you with any queries you had The breakfast were well presented with a great choice to choose from. The only complaint I had was that the hot food in the containers could have been hotter as there was no evidence of any heaters on them

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen, alles vom Hotel aus Fußläufig zu erreichen, super Frühstücksbüffet, das Hard Rock Café in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, schöne Zimmer ohne Teppich mit Balkon und Blick auf den Hafen was mir sehr gut gefallen hat! Pool und Whirlpool liegen innen, die großen Fenster können aber im Sommer als große Terrasse geöffnet werden. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen von uns aus.

우선 좋은 위치에 있고 발코니방을 선택하면 멋진 오션 뷰를 볼 수 있습니다. 여러 사람들이 러닝을 즐기는 모습을 보며 함께 뛰어도 보았습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 활기 넘쳤습니다. 그러나 엘리베이터가 작고 룸 크기도 작은 것은 답답함을 느끼게 합니다. 아침 메뉴는 변화가 없어 2일 이후부터는 물리더라고요. 관광지라 비쌀 수 밖에 없다는 건 이해하지만 가격 대비 가성비로 얘기한다면 다소 아쉬움은 있습니다. 그리고 해안가 앞이라 그런지 야간에 밖에서 취객들의 고성, 웃음 소리가 자주 발생합니다.

Rooms (we had two, which is explained later) very nice, modern and clean. First room on the first floor was very noisy due to a locked but not at all soundproof connecting door to the next room. Neighbour played very loud music at 2.15am, and then snored loudly the rest of the night. Asked to be moved to another room the next morning and the staff were very helpful, moved us to a fifth floor room which was much quieter. Very nice hotel and excellent staff, just don't stay on the first floor if you can be somewhere else, or take ear plugs! Balcony rooms have excellent views of the harbour.

Hotel is in a great location The pool was not heated and service was extremely slow. Rooms were nice and check in staff helpful. Breakfast was very good.
