I was surprised by the positive reviews because our experience was disappointing. The main advantage of this property is its proximity to Sagrada Família. However, the apartment we stayed in felt cramped and lacked comfort. The sofa bed was badly worn and sagging, making it difficult to sleep on. Noise was also a major issue. Our apartment faced the courtyard, and conversations from other guests could be clearly heard early in the morning and late at night, making it hard to relax. Cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. One towel had what appeared to be an old stain, and the sink repeatedly clogged during our stay. We also requested additional comforters, but they were not available when needed. The response from reception was not very helpful, and a promised explanation of the apartment’s features never took place. Overall, the apartment did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service. Aside from the excellent location, there was little that would make me choose to stay here again.

The reception staff was fantastic and so helpful. They communicated well before check in and helped us make sure we had everything we needed. If you want to spend time in the apartment, the space is very small, but it’s clean and a great efficiency apartment to use while traveling with modern amenities. It’s in a great location and provides everything you need!

The location was great—just a short walk to the Sagrada Família, with a grocery store and lots of restaurants nearby. That said, there were quite a few things we didn't love about the apartment. It was much smaller than we expected. We booked the room with two large twin beds, but it felt pretty cramped, and the shower in that bathroom was tiny. The AC setup was also frustrating since the three units couldn't be controlled separately, so one area would be too warm while another was too cold. The fridge wasn't cooling properly, and although the washer was advertised as having a dryer function, it didn't seem to work. The shower in the queen bedroom bathroom had very weak water pressure as well. We were assigned a second-floor unit with no balcony, and the living room featured a large decorative wall art piece that simply said "HOTEL." It felt a bit odd and took away from the cozy vacation atmosphere we were hoping for. Overall, the location was excellent, but the apartment felt very small for the price. Given the cost, we expected a much more comfortable stay and didn't feel it offered good value for the money.

Very niche hotel apartment, close to dinning venues, metro and the Sagrada Família cathedral, a bit small but comfortable, first time there didn’t have much time to really check it out cause we were out most of the time .

If you are a business traveler, don’t book this. No desk, poor communication with host. The AC didn’t work during my stay. The staff is nice when there, but that’s about it. The location is good though for a family trip, but for business where you just need things to be in order, don’t do it.

O apartamento é muito grande, novo e limpo. A localização é excelente, muito perto da Basílica da Sagrada Família!! Tem padarias, supermercados e restaurantes perto. Eu me senti muito segura no bairro. E os recepcionistas são atenciosos e educados.

Apartment was large, spacious and had everything you need. Large patio area but due to the weather we didn’t get an opportunity to use it. Would be fab in the summer months! Staff were very helpful. Quiet location just off main road with supermarket & restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

Clean room. The kitchen had all the utensils needed. We could also use the laundry machine inside the room. The view from our room wasn't the best, but it had a balcony. Make sure to close the automatic curtains at night. We enjoy staying here. We will return.

Location is just great. It is close to everything: attractions, public transportation (subways, trains, buses), restaurants, stores. The apartment was perfect for a family of four and had great balconies.

Room is small , air conditioner on the wall not working so there are portable ones in the living room and bedroom. They are very noisy. Washer combines with dryer but dryer not working properly. It stopped when the clothes are still wet.

Fantastic apartment with every amenity. The terrace was such a handy spot. Reception was so helpful, especially Andy, who made our stay so easy. The area is quiet but in the middle of everything. We felt like locals during our week stay.

Wonderful place to stay in Barcelona! About 5 min walk to the Metro, 10-15 min walk to Sagrada Familia. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival. They provided a gift basket of some food staples, which was fantastic, and had the apartment very clean and ready early, which was exactly what was needed after a long trip. The apartment was so very nice. It had a small courtyard patio which was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying a coffee after a day of walking and exploring. Overall a wonderful experience at this apart-hotel!

There is some noise since you are in a neighborhood so bring ear plugs (we heard sirens and barking dogs each night and morning). Also, there are no blinds/curtains really so definitely bring an eye mask. The sofa bed was actually super comfortable.
