The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great but you could hear everything from the other rooms. I heard one guy snoring all night, a lady talking till 1am, and a television. I couldn't sleep from all the noise.

Clean room, the staff was super friendly and helpful! Good breakfast. The hotel was nestled in the main shopping area with lots of restaurants. A 2 minute walk to the basilica of St. Francis.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful and peaceful! A perfect boutique hotel. Small and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were nice. Great breakfast too. Everything in walking distance! 5 minutes walk to the Basilica of St Francis. Highly recommend this small but superior hotel!

Way too many stairs to carry luggage, room was barely ready at 3pm, you could hear everything, from people on the street below, to staff preparing breakfast at 630am. Clean and safe though.

The bed was remarkably comfortable, and the provided toiletries and linens were comfortable.

The hotel is very near the Basilica and great and clean. Sarah, the receptionist, was very hwlpful.and accommodating. Breakfast was great. We will stay here again when we return.

This place is very nice, the room was clean and modern, I loved every single thing inside the hotel, the breakfast was good and at a good price, the parking lot was close and at a good rate and the receptionist was ver nice and helpful, she spoke Spanish and that was a plus A+ for her.

hotel 3*** ,ma ne vale molto di più! piccolo ben curato , ben arredato. Eccezionale la posizione (a pochi passi dalla Basilica), immerso in un meraviglioso centro storico. Tutto perfetto dal check-in al check-out , ottima colazione, pulizia perfetta, camere ben arredate con ogni confort. un grazie con piacere al personale.

Well kept property, quite

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pococos metros de la cripta e iglesia de San Francisco. No es apto para pesonas que tienen problemas de mobilidad porque tiene muchas gradas.
