Stayed in Sofia many times in the past two years in a range of hotels. It was this one which impressed me the most. The staff were incredibly helpful as well as the location being extremely convenient for easy access to the city services. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel with perfect location, not far from Serdika metro station. We really enjoyed the breakfast and our family room was spacious, I must say the guys from reception are super friendly and helpful specially Stefan, thank you 😊

Not expensive but requires better maintenance

Location is very good 👍 room is comfortable! Some staff (on day 1 check in) were very nice, some others can be nicer. Breakfast was okay, but rotten tomatoes with white mold was discovered on Dec 11, talked to the guy who was serving, he tried using hand to clean it, demanded him to take it away, not sure what did he do with it. Food safety is important!

Sijainti todella hyvä, vaikka alue olikin paikoin ränsistynyt. Henkilökunnan palveluasenne riippui täysin henkilöstä ja siitä mistä palvelusta kyse: respan henkilöt olivat auttavaisia ja kohteliaita, ruokalan / ravintolan ei niinkään. Aamiainen oli parina ensimmäisenä aamuna kylmää eikä asialle pyynnöistä huolimatta tehty mitään. Kahvikoneen lisukkeet myös loppu ja kaikki oli vähän niin ja näin ja sinnepäin mitä olisi odottanut. Muut ravintolapalvelut saati baarin toiminta jäivät hyvin hämäriksi, jos niitä edes oli. Kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli vastaa kokonaisuutena hyvänä päivänään kolmen tähden hotlaa ja ajaa asiansa jos tarvitset vain majapaikan eikä mitään sen kummempaa. Muussa tapauksessa sijoita jokunen euro lisää ja mene muualle.

Super beliggenhed i gåafstand til alle turistattraktioner. Fik god service af personalet. Stort og komfortabelt værelse (juniorsuite). Aircondition virkede fint.

I would not recommend to stay in this hotel. The hotel is very outdated and won't deserve 4 stars. Even rating it as 3 stars would be too much. On the first night the central heating didn't work and the rooms were cold! No AC, at the desk we were only given one small dusty heater. We had to wear our outdoor clothes to sleep. In the morning, breakfast buffet was cold and food simply inedible. Cappuccino was horrible bitter. The dining hall was so cold that people were having their breakfast in winter coats. Spa was in the hotel, but not for the guests to use. Total disappointment. They asked 40 € to use their little sauna. Only decent thing about this hotel was the hotel staff that were very helpful. But still, would avoid at all cost.

10 min zur Metro, aber der Weg dahin ist nicht gerade angenehm. Personal ist nett, Bett war durchgelegen. Zimmer sauber. Für ein BW hätte ich ein besseres Frühstück erwartet. Zweiter Frühstücksraum war 3 von 2 morgen kalt

The staff was friendly and helpful the room in general need update it’s not 4 star room - bathroom was better than room. Location is ok close to metro that is from and to airport other attraction walking distance max 30/40 mins

Otelin konumu merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde olması açısından iyi ancak ön caddede tramway hattı olduğu için oldukça gürültülüydü. Temizlik açısından iyiydi,check in kolaydı . Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi.

Breakfast was ok. Rudimentary really. All tastes catered. The tram links are really amazing so you can get to the centre and main railway bus stations no problems. Generally a really good option for exploring the country.

Property is outdated, but breakfast is outstanding.

The room was pretty nice and felt luxurious. I felt like the value was good and the gym was certainly functional. Better than most hotel gyms. Appreciated the breakfast.

A very nice cozy old hotel, if they furnitured the room a little better (f,ex with an extra table and something to hang your towels/things on) it would be so much better. Perfect service 👍😊
