Locations is very bad

Garage area appears unsafe.

For the price this place was good.

Room is nice. Weirdly, it was the same exact room we had last month. People at the front guest are not friendly. We arrived and the lobby was full of people checking in. This was 2:45pm. They would not check anyone in til 3pm. Started making a list so they knew what order people arrived in; but did not even use the list. Then the elevator quit working so we had to take 4 flights of stairs.

Due to travel disruptions, which were out of my control, I wasn't able to make my reservation. I reached out as soon as I knew I wasn't going to make to cancel my reservation. They ignored my message and subsequently charged me the reservation as well as a no-show fee. Completely unprofessional and terrible customer service. Took me three days to get in touch with them via phone. At which point they told me this was out of their control.

I would like someone to call me at 520-551-6647 to explain what happened. I have been trying to deal with Wyndham for a partial refund due to the bad experience I had there with it being hot and no A/C working. Someone please give me a call

Great place to stay. Went to Kia forum for my daughters 1st concert. We had such a gun time. Hotel was a perfect place to stay. Very clean great breakfadt, friendly staff and loved the lemon, lime, orange water. Very refreshing. Easy parking, comfortable beds and very clean in the room and outside.

Easy check in clean and quiet! Will stay there again!

The rooms are well kept, continental breakfast was continuously stocked. Counter attendants are knowledgeable and helpful. My first week long visit to L.A. was enjoyable.

Overall it was ok. Was close to SoFi Stadium and the room was clean. and had a big bathroom. When we arrived back after our event (Concert at SoFi), there was no parking in the parking garage. We called the front desk and he said park across the street in the gas station parking lot. How does a hotel not have enough parking for each of their rooms? Besides that it was good.

I stayed at this property and never got my deposit back for one of my reservations. I had two different reservations, and on the last one, I went down to the front desk to check out later, and they told me they would take $30 off my deposit, which I agreed to. I was supposed to get $20 of that deposit back, along with the $50 from the previous reservation, but no, they never gave me anything back.
